I'm happy that you enjoyed the video and to hear from you, Sanicle Somebody I met in Glastonbury
recommended ROC's work to me, when I recommended the book "Journeying with Pan" by Michael Roads.
I've picked up ROC's work after a long break from it, he's been one of the early residents of Findhorn Scotland,
where I've stayed for 3 days in 1976.
I kind of hoped you would spot this post. Here in Avalon area, nature is opening so much more to me or the
other way around Specially the trees in fields and along lanes. I now walk a dog once a week and go
through woodland and fields with him, often finding a huge oak-tree or beech-tree standing alone and rest
against its trunk, watching the dog running around and rolling in the grass. The silence around me, in the
village where I live, is a welcome and gentle nudge to be present fully in my skin, aware of this awareness.
I hope you are well
