As an Admin - We always have the Edit Button no matter what, but It CAN be removed for the Users/Members as a Group. It can also be set to be available for only a specific time after a post has been made anywhere in the range of Days, Hours & Minutes. That said - The "No Edit" Function WAS Enabled, but is no longer. You should All have it now. My apologies...

As an Admin - If You want to Sticky someone else's You go into the First Post in a Thread and Select it to be a Sticky/Announcement at the Area below the Post Box and if You're doing it for Your own Thread You do it as You Post the Thread in the same area - Or exclusive of that - You go into Your First Post in that Thread and do the same...
