lately for me: good appetite, sleeping soundly, feeling a lot of energy in my body (but it could be due to some dietary changes I have made recently, namely juicing). I am following a vegetarian diet but leaning more towards vegan now.

Oh: silly reference to the thread closed last week (it seemed silly at the time).

I was typing away, checked to see who was on, and saw it was just me. So, I had a little laugh (I don't think there was a rumor that I was leaving).

    Then Gio logged in.

And here is yet another weird aspect of my character: I cannot log out if that leaves a person here by themselves.

    I know. I don't get it, either.

I promise I am funnier in person.

ditto - until I had a Mac attack and ate one of their mushroom, swiss cheese wraps at lunch and was sick as a dog the next day. Blech - back to juicing starting with breakfast.

This is great burgundia - going vegan. Thubs Up

    Insanely Happy good one Simplicity

Just a follow-up on what came next. I woke up with a welt wrapped around from my lower back to outer hip and am now covered in hives. A first. No idea where the welt came from.

Anyone have any tips on how to get rid of hives. Any good topical solution. I'm taking bendryl for the itching. Am also wondering if this is an allergic reaction to the bromine in the spa.

Great. I'll try it as it seems to be getting worse. Not sure what is going on.

Nioxin hair conditioner can be good for many skin problems, also.

Finally got in application to see if I can get medical assistance for my arm.

    Still very little pain.

I am getting used to it and that is not good.

My arms flops around, but other muscles have helped compensate, until I can get that MRI (thousands of dollars), to see if I need one or more surgeries.

So, godspeed to my application for public assistance (never done it and am really having tough time of it).

I have to apply for cash assistance in order to keep my car and buy food.

I got into social work because I saw this stuff as a child and was repulsed.

My standard of living was better when I was in college!!!!!!!!!!

Oh: I did discover I can raise my arm if my back is supported by the bed or a wall (my shoulder blade needs support or I look like I literally have cerebral palsy just trying to touch my face [no change]).

Gotta get fixed so I can get back to work and timing on this is everything. Very grateful that Gregg is resourceful at finding side jobs and saving money.

And he puts up with my BIPOLAR butt, so extra kudos to him (the earthquakes make it worse; I am not crazy -- just neurotic).

    Bipolar Bear Hugs!!!!!!!

Never mind. You are too late. Now I am depressed (kidding).

You should qualify for SSI and medical assistance Troy. Often times they reject the first application, so the key is to reapply and make sure you have a verified doctor's medical diagnosis. You've been paying money into the system all this time and that is what it is there for. I hope this all works out for you sooner then later.

Thanks for the tip on the Nioxin Troy. There is another shampoo with Tea Tree oil in it I was thinking of using too. Am now on mega ProOmega, Bio-Active Silver Hydrosol, still juicing and Benadryl for the itching which is actually better this morning.

Carol what seems an important point to me regarding your condition is that you isolate the product your body reacted to in the first place. Without this you may well continue to suffer in an ongoing manner.

I once got hives too . As I am really very rarely sick at all I was what that that persistent rash on my arms was all about. So I finally decided to consult a doctor . He assessed it as hives and wrote a lengthy prescription to heal it . After reading it all to the last sentence I raised up my head and asked him " well is'nt that thing going to disappear by it's own anyway ? " . The doctor's answer was " yes indeed " . So I threw the prescription away and decided to let the body take care of it. A little thinking back made me identify where it had come from. I had received a sample of a new liquid washing detergent in the mail a few days earlier and had used it to wash my clothes. I washed everything again ,nature did the rest and the rash went to never return anylonger.

    Love for You

We discovered another friend who was juicing got hives from spinach. I wonder what they sprayed on it. Now the produce is being bought at the health food store where nothing is sprayed on it.

Anyway, it seems to be clearing up and there is no need to take anything for itching today. At least it got me started on the silver hydrosol that I had planned on doing for 28 days to see if it could get rid of the myalgia.

Allergies are rampant. For all allergies vitamin C and Querceting are very effective. They work as antiflamatories and
detoxifiers. I use a non citrus combination

One still need to find what is causing the allergy though

    Very Happy
