interesting thread. claiming sovereignty is a tricky exersise , there are many ways to get there , the problem is that not all " authorities " will respect it no matter what you do.

In my experience it helps to do a few things.

First you need to be part of an Order , the order needs to pre date 1666 ad
Then you need to be ordained in that order as a Frater or Sorer
Then you declare this to your government usually through the court system.

Once this is in place you need to have leverage, ie " if this happens i will do this in return " Declare this privately on email ( dont worry they will get it )

    COURTS

When you go to court write to the magistrate asking questions , whom is " R "
Is your court held by supreme court rulings ?
then declare your Sovereignty by stating your given name and that you are from the family " insert family name " that you will not answer to the prefix Mr or Miss etc nor will you be referred to as a " person "

Ask the magistrate in that letter what jurisdiction and what type of law are they exercising ?

Dont worry they wont respond but rest assured they have read it,

Then when you enter the court you state you are not a ward of the state and representing your self.
You then state you are part of a religious Order and that you will plead guilty upon condition.

Then you negotiate the condition. If you dont get the condition you want you appeal. Sometimes the judge will ask you what you will do before sentence , you always state if my condition's are not met ill be forced to appeal. This is good for minor things like traffic infringements. bigger things you may need a lawyer but once you do youre a ward of the state and just know the lawyer is on their side. Unless the lawyer needs big money for the case then he may pay off the court on your behalf and you will get a better verdict.

Please note in my experience the judges in Australia are of a very high quality , i must say that when you stand up for your self they tend to give you some credit just for that .. 8 out of 10 are really very fair , some just want to nail you no matter what.

Relaise they are all under the Mason system so it would be advantageous to be respectful of the Masons ( not all are bad ) in my experience also exceptional people. They too tread carefully inside their own system , they have to , its a maelstrom of rules and ego and its always advantageous to be respectful.

First and best rule of thumb : Its only illegal if you get caught.

    Hugs

    Thanks for your input Nanu.
This takes a lot of study but it's interesting to lift a veil on what most of us accept without knowing otherwise.
I am far from an expert in that area and feel I am still scratching the surface but you seem to have explored it a little further. Good :)

There was an interview by Wilcox that outlined how to claim sovereignty over your land and make it a nation state. It was probably one of the more useful of his videos , ill try to dig it out.

That is king of sovereign pursuits.

None Shall Pass ! it will be an embassy of sorts , that is a very difficult rule for anyone to break.

    Hmmm

    Thanks NANU .
Would you know how all this would apply to my own country Belgium ?
All I have been posting on this thread is relevant the US and Britain plus Australia.
I haven't found anything that would relate to Europe.
In France and Belgium the legal system is based on the Napoleon Code .
It would be interesting to at least understand how this applies to ones own country.

You would need to study the Napoleonic code and the Constitution of Belgium and the European Convention on Human Rights.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Convention_on_Human_Rights

Remember , International Law is King , know international laws , seldom in action but for a reason ...

Western laws are bastardized thanks to corporatiseation , we are normally under Admiralty law which is contracting law, something i studied many years ago or at leas this is the law set they like to use because it deals with fictional characters like straw men.

Knowing Admiralty Law is advantageous because it allows you to negotiate with courts. When you negotiate with them they tend to give you a little more respect but that depends on the judge and the mood. I have been in front of a judge before that once i declared my sovereignty started to quote precedents in my favor against the police prosecutor.

I followed basic steps after that and i never heard from them again regards the case. The Officer that originally charged me was caught lying about the facts which i pointed out, i basically set a trap and cornered the prosecutor. The Judge saw that i was being treated un fairly and stuck up for me, very good man i must say.

So these things can be negotiated if you know how, you must be brave, you must have conviction, and you must be well read on " between the lines " law.

ill have a scan for more info , remember the best way to avoid trouble is to be of good nature. The only reason i took things further is because i was being un fairly treated and that got my back up. I would go so far as to say i would defend my self and forsake my existence rather than be un justly accused of something i didnt do which from my experience police have no problem doing to us.

I did view this and found the guest very interesting given his topic. Well worth taking the time to watch. However, I don't like listening to David talk so suffered a bit during those bits. The info the guest was sharing is about some massive changes in our government supposedly very soon, lots of political arrests and re-educating the public as to a new type of government based on the original constitution.

Yes , that video is an exception from the usual DW MO, the only reason i watched it was it was sent to me by an " elite " you could say.. when i say " elite " i mean someone very well connected and knowledgeable.

There are different ways to claim sovereignty on your land, another way is through Patents

i watched a bit of this and dont know its veracity but its a good starting point.

    things youll need are

    Borders clearly defined and fenced.
A Map of this clearly defined border.
A Gate with sign stating the name of the " estate "
Any warning of trespass and condition of entry at the gate.
A Flag , must be at the front left of the entering yard as you face the entering road, clearly visible and always at top mast.
    Your own water supply
    Your own sanitation system
Possession of the Original Deeds, do not let your bank hold onto them.
And a constitution of your nation state, you may stipulate anything on this.

If would be advantageous to have a weapons license and appropriate weapons to cull vermin and other un wanted pests.

I would recommend having the following :

50 cal , like an OSV-96 for long distant rodents
A West German 222 bolt action for intermediate shooting ( very reliable )
A Saiga full auto shot gun , for close encounters ( my favorite ) you never know when a rogue chicken may try to eat your peanuts !
A Large caliber revolver like a Ruger GP 100 or if you prefer a compact repeater id recommend a Beretta PX4 Storm, both beautiful hand guns and perfect for personal protection , in case rabbits try to attack the lettuce patch.

YOU MUST HAVE THESE REGISTERED AND THE LOCAL POLICE MUST APPROVE YOUR OWNERSHIP. Do not try to hide or harbor firearms illegally ... thats a big no no.

You should have training in the use and maintenance of these weapons. They are dangerous in the wrong hands even with good intention.
