    Just how does Enlightenment/Self-Realization/No-Mind/Liberation happen?

    • Lao Tzu's famous poetic Tao Te Ching starts with the words "A way that can be walked is not The Way."

    • Realize that it has nothing to do with the intellect or scientific proof, but that of firsthand experiential verification.

    • Realize that to truly know, rather than knowing ABOUT, involves BEING that which is to be known.

    • Realize that the truth doesn't need the approval of the human ego in order to be truth. Absolute Truth already is what it is. It can't be created by the mind.

    • Realize that because of karma, free will and reincarnation, EVERYTHING is perfect as it is, despite all the prevalent negativities in the world.

    • Realize that everyone is simply being the level of "truth" that they are currently aware of, and that the truth is only for those who want it.

    • Realize that people can't help being that which they are. "Forgive them, for they know not what they do."

    • In The Words of Gandhi, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world", and "..lose yourself in the service of others".

    • Realize that because everybody and everything is One, we change the world in far greater unseen ways as a result of what we ARE, compared to what we do.

    • Realize that separation, duality, polarity and opposites do not actually exist. All is One, which is Self, which just Is.

    • Realize that there is no duality of "love" and "evil". There are only varying degrees of the absence of Love/Truth.

    • Realize that space, distance, form and time are illusions created by limited, relative and faulty physical senses and ways of thinking.

    • Realize that the physical body and the autonomous random repetitive thoughts of the mind are not the real "me" at all.

    • Realize that you are the Awareness that is aware of the mind and its comings and goings. The more it's watched, the more it disappears.

    • Realize that everything and everyone is One. The observer and the observed are One. The knower and the known are One.

    • A Course in Miracles says "...you both HAVE everything and ARE everything."

    • Realize that there is no duality, no opposites and no polarity. Nothing can exist outside of Existence, otherwise it wouldn't exist. All is God/Self/Buddha/Atman.

    • Realize that even what the mind conceives and conceptualizes as being "nothing", void, unmanifest or formlessness, is still within Existence.

    • In the highly evolved The Zen Teaching of Huang Po on the Transmission of Mind, it says "It is an existence which is no existence, a non-existence which is nevertheless existence. So this true Void does in some marvelous way 'exist'."

    • Realize that there can only be varying degrees of things within Existence, like degrees on a thermometer.

    • Realize that there is no individuality; no "you", "me", "this", "that", "here", "there", "inner", "outer", etc.

    • Realize that there is no individual "me", "myself", "mine" or "I."

    • Realize that there is no "doer" doing anything, because that would imply there is an "individual" to do something.

    • Realize that since All is One, there can be no "other", which means All is Self, or All is I.

    • Realize that Enlightenment happens by ITSELF when the little self is left to fall away like a disrobed peice of clothing.

    • Realize that there is absolutely NOTHING to be gotten, grasped, gained, obtained or attained because The Absolute/Self/Buddha/God already Is.

    • Realize that Awareness, Consciousness and knowing don't require words, concepts, thoughts or thinking.

    • Realize that EVERYTHING is an irrelevant concept. All thought and thinking is essentially worthless because Silent Awareness is all-knowing.

    • It's really just as "simple" as losing interest in all thought and thinking, right now, and not identifying thoughts as "me", right now.

    • Realize that without the ego/mind interfering, everything just IS. Nothing more, nothing less. All perceptions, views, opinions, beliefs, likes and dislikes are irrelevant.

    • Realize that The Absolute is not subject to change and even "Is" is an irrelevant concept.

    • Realize all of this... but not with words and concepts. Just let go

    Egoless Relatedness

When two or more people meet who have awakened to the evolutionary impulse, there is the potential for egoless relatedness. And that is what those of us at the leading edge who want to push the boundaries of our own spiritual development need to discover. We have to find a way to meet one another in a place we've never been before, in a higher state of consciousness and a higher stage of development that are unhindered by the influence of the narcissistic ego and the less enlightened values of our modern and postmodern culture. Anyone can experience egoless consciousness in the stillness and solitude of deep meditation. It is easy to be egoless when there's no relationship. But if we want to catalyze evolution in consciousness and culture, in the world of time and space, we need to make the heroic effort to go beyond ego not only when we are sitting quietly but, most importantly, while we are creatively interacting with one another, in the midst of all the complexity of human life.

"In spiritual work there is no tangible worldly gain to be acquired, but there is instead an inner reward of pleasure, satisfaction, delight, and even joy.
    Goals replace gains as motives.

Spiritual reality is a greater source of pleasure and satisfaction than the world can supply.
It is an endless and always available in the present instead of the future. It is actually more exciting to live on the crest of the current moment instead of on the back of the wave, which is the past, or on the front of the wave which is the future. There is greater freedom from living on the exciting edge of the moment than being a prisoner of the past or having expectation of the future.

If the goal of life is to do the very best one can do at each unfolding moment of existence, then, through spiritual work, one has already escaped the primary cause of suffering. In the stop-frame of the radical present, there is no life story to react to or edit. With this one pointedness of mind it becomes obvious that everything is merely “is as it is” without comment or adjectives.

If in the exact passing moment of each instant, there is a a complete willingness to totally surrender to it, one can suddenly, in a flash, transcending th ego, and the way opens for Realization wherein the Light of God as Self reveals the Source of all Existence and Reality. If the ego has neither past, present, nor future to focus on, it falls silent.
It is replaced by the Silence of the Presence, and thus, the way to sudden enlightenment is available at all times. It occurs naturally when the fascination with the story of the “me” of the past, present, or future is relinquished. The illusion of “Now” is replaced by th reality of “Always”

    Question
If that strict spiritual practice was followed exactly, wouldn't the “me” die?

Answer Yes it would, When it occurs, there will be no funeral because in Reality, there never was a “me”; it was simply an illusion all the time. When the “me” dies then the real “i” is born into awareness, which is the Unborn----the source of consciousness and existence."

    David Sereda

    His film the voice

You need to be able to download torent

    Chris

    http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5918810/David_Sereda_-_The_Voice__The_Cosmos_and_the_Quantum_Universe

    http://www.VoiceEntertainment.net/store

David Sereda Directs a new kind of film about spiritual physics, science consciousness and the search for authentic enlightenment. This is a story that has never been told in completion. What is our total human potential? What is the experience of true enlightenment? Why do people give up everything in their lives to find the answer? Why did Buddha realize that he didnΓΓé¼Γäót have to give up anything in the end and still attain Nirvana when he found ΓΓé¼┼ôthe Middle Way?ΓΓé¼┬¥

From the auras of atoms, DNA, plants and humans we explode into the auras of planets, the great spheres, stars and the cosmic beyond all the way to the big sphere or field of God Consciousness. We explore how these great spheres actually exist in science and how consciousness accesses the fields to gain greater knowledge and transcend all suffering. We meet the great enlightened masters of the past and the masters of today to find out how to get our small limited aura to expand into these greater fields to gain true insight, knowledge and wisdom so that humanity can attain true success and evolution. Einstein said ΓΓé¼┼ôthe field is the only reality.ΓΓé¼┬¥ When he discovered ΓΓé¼┼ôSpooky action at a distance,ΓΓé¼┬¥ he even found that the field is alive, that consciousness pervaded it.

Artists, scientists, musicians, poets and all human beings can attain true success by gaining access to the greater fields and learning how to meditate; for it is in the fields that we get true knowledge for any question we have, including the cure for cancer and the answer to non-radioactive nuclear fusion. By deepening our understanding of reality in any given career or field, we can become more successful in our lives. This happens in everything from career, finance and to relationships. This is because we gain greater knowledge of how the universe and the physics of the soul works.

Albert Einstein: "What humanity owes to personalities like Buddha, Moses, and Jesus ranks for me higher than all the achievements of the inquiring and constructive mind."

When the Dalai Lama was asked if he is enlightened, he said "no." This is because true enlightenment is like a supernova of Love, Ecstasy, Peace, Power, Beauty, Wisdom Knowledge and Grace that explodes from within and merges the small human aura into 9 potential cosmic fields of consciousness that go from the earth, solar system and the cosmos beyond. Nirvana begins at the 7th level of Heaven, Jnana or Samadhi, Super-consciousness. The Dalai Lama is an emanation of a Bodhisattva named Avaloketishvara. Bodhisattvas will intentionally withhold going from the 6th to the 7th to ensure service to all sentient begins. Once a person crosses the 7th veil, they do not return in another life, for they have attained a level of realization beyond the veil of humanity! From Enoch, to Moses, Krishna and Radha, Rama and Sita, Buddha and Yasodara, Jesus and Mary, Padma Sambhava the Buddha and Yeshe Sogyal, Dante Alighieri and Beatrice, Muhammad, and all the great sages, few have crossed the 7th veil.

As all the great masters found their soul mate, we explore the physics of the soul and learn how we can find our own divine soul mate and life partner. Find out how the physics of the soul really works.

Einstein said: "Everyone who is seriously involved in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the Universe - a spirit vastly superior to that of man...In this way the pursuit of science leads to a religious feeling of a special sort, which is indeed quite different from the religiosity of someone more naive." [Letter to a child who asked if scientist pray, January 24, 1936; pg. 152 Calaprice]

This film will show you what the experience of enlightenment really is and how you can begin your journey or deepen your existing journey to your true self in the cosmos. The website also sells meditation cds instructed by David Sereda to show you how to learn to meditate, deepen your experience of your true self and gain access to the spheres of God Consciousness.

Einstein said, "Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind." That is what this film is about. Spirituality, religion and science are merging together into a single place! In this grand marriage of the two, we can hear the voice of a new kind of wisdom that will not threaten our view of God, but will only deepen our understanding.

To help us answer the deepest questions human beings face: What is consciousness? How does consciousness truly affect reality? How does mind over matter actually operate? To know the science of consciousness is to know how to reach a true and authentic enlightenment! Science also gives us a reliable model that we can use again and again that will never fail us. What is the experience of true enlightenment actually like? Find out what experiencers are actually telling us! Find out how you can experience the enlightenment of the ages now!

From the ordinary people having extraordinary spiritual experiences, to the saints, the consciousness explorers, to the new scientists, the vision and experience of true and authentic enlightenment is upon us!

Brilliant man and brilliant words and truth here... sunny

It`s a kind of a miracle for me to travel few thousand miles to see you and to find out this gem which reminds of our conversations. And this is what I always felt ,though tried to escape it only to always return to this very truth that is stated here:

You don`t have to do anything to be enlightened except stop being unenlightened...

The Third Tenet: Face Everything and Avoid Nothing

The Third Tenet of Evolutionary Enlightenment is Face Everything and Avoid Nothing. This tenet points us to our potential to experience unobstructed awareness—awareness that is free from the psychological self-protective habit of avoidance. If you are bold in your spiritual intention, if you dare to heroically aspire to take responsibility for evolution's next step, you simply cannot afford to have your awareness obscured by the ego's need to avoid. Indeed, for those of us who have awakened to the impulse to evolve, and who understand, at least to some degree, that the destiny of the interior of the cosmos is dependent upon our conscious evolution, then cultivating clarity, transparency, and inner freedom becomes a matter of great urgency. If you are deeply committed to this evolutionary endeavor, you will want to face everything and avoid nothing, because the last thing you want to do is to act out of some unconscious motive in such a way that would obstruct your own higher development. You practice the third tenet as if your life depends on it, because when your life is dedicated to the evolution of consciousness and culture, it does.

Q one hears the statement that everyone is already enlightened. How is that to be understood?

A It means that the Self is present and potentially discoverable as the basis and essence of ones existence.
The statement is actually an impossibility because it incorrectly defines the understanding of enlightenment, and it also presents the the fallacy of the hypothetical.

To be enlightened is to know the Truth; consequently the the statement that there is a knowingness of Truth in that which does not know the Truth is an incorrect statement .

What could be said to be realistic about the statement is that ultimate Truth awaits within to be discovered.
If seen for what it really is, all languaging is a paradox because nothing can be as it I said to be.
Revelation is a revealed knowingness . It is understood without words or concepts, such as meaning or significance which are merely abstractions.
Neither the Universe or anything in the Universe means anything

    Its existence is its meaning

The mind is accustomed to obtaining, getting, deriving, or discovering meaning or information.
In the state of enlightenment all is self revealing of its essence as its existence.

Everything is already what it means.

Truth is the radical solution to epistemology. Ultimately everything is knowable only by virtue of the identity of being it. The conundrums of epistemology can be solve only by elimination of thought because all language is a paradox.
One can take any word and trace it to its roots. How does the the word originate? From where? Is the word the same thing as its meaning? By asking such questions, one is eventually confronted with the ultimate paradox of duality. The radical Reality is that to understand the essence of anything is to know God.
One might say that all languaging is a substitute for God.

Human languages on Earth are much difficult tool to present real information.
Being enlightened is being in light , being in the information, living it ,feeling it.
Darkness is absence of that. It`s second hand life.

Hence God is sending always souls to aid humans to return to light ,to live it.

Re: Enlightenment: The Ego, what is it? How to transcend it.

The Creator wants us to know that we are one with Him.
We are sent challenges each and every day in order that with humility we can seek His help in all things large and small.
Religions teach " Love God and our fellow man"--- all of them.
Love the sinner not the sin.
"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone"
    Through forgiveness, we are forgiven.
Through surrender to Gods will the barriers that the ego has placed between us and knowing the true Self which we already are become surmountable.
Love all serve all is the key to unconditional love.

Enlightenment is the removal of ignorance.
When ignorance of our true Self is removed, the Self shine forth illumined and the world looks entirely different.
Perception is changed by this metamorphism.
The caterpillar has become the butterfly.
The sages say that the whole purpose of life is to be enlightened and thus transcend the wheel of karma and therefore the need to reincarnate over and over again is removed.
Jesus on the cross said "God forgive them for they know not what they do"
In other words they are spiritually ignorant-- they dont know they are one with God.
Time spent removing ignorance is time best spent.
    How to remove the ignorance?

Listen to the words of those who are free of ignorance- those who are in the state called enlightenment.
There is a certain energy conveyed by their words, the process is called entrainment, ultimately the Grace of God will happen.
The state of enlightenment has been well documented for thousand of years.
The first know written information on this is in the Vedic literature and has been handed down free to all in many forms via enlightened teachers through out the ages.
They all say the same thing.
We are all waves of the Divine ocean.
Seek and we find that to be true.

From a question and answer session with Dr David Hawkins
Page 347 “I” Reality and Subjectivity.

“Q:One hears the statement that everyone is already enlightened : How is that to be understood?

A: It mean the Self is present and potentially discoverable as the basis of one's existence.

There are many authors who talk about enlightenment but are not in that state.
Talking about is not it. (though the information has value)
How can you take people some where you have not been?
If one is serious about the path of enlightenment, the the teaching flowing through such a one is essential as the words carry the energy of enlightenment.

The obstacles are removed and the state naturally shines forth.

    I AM THAT
    Dialogues of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

That in whom reside all beings and who resides in all beings, who is the giver of grace to all, the Supreme Soul of the universe, the limitless being -- I am that.
    Amritbindu Upanishad

That which permeates all, which nothing transcends and which, like the universal space around us, fills everything completely from within and without, that Supreme non-dual Brahman -- that thou art.
    Sankaracharya

The seeker is he who is in search of himself.

Give up all questions except one: ‘Who am I?’ After all, the only fact you are sure of is that you are. The ‘I am’ is certain. The ‘I am this’ is not. Struggle to find out what you are in reality.

To know what you are, you must first investigate and know what you are not.

Discover all that you are not -- body, feelings thoughts, time, space, this or that -- nothing, concrete or abstract, which you perceive can be you. The very act of perceiving shows that you are not what you perceive.

The clearer you understand on the level of mind you can be described in negative terms only, the quicker will you come to the end of your search and realise that you are the limitless being.
    Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj
