Timeshift: Did Reality Reset After 911?
Many thousands of people feel something happened to the timeline after 911. They sense the world embarked upon a path it was not meant to travel. Did the global shock wave of the terrorist attacks affect the mass consciousness? Did it cause a discernable rift in the timeline and set the world spinning onto a dangerous new path?

    Perhaps.

Reality may have been pushed into another timeline affecting the future and changing some of the recent past. Ongoing research and anecdotal evidence seems to support the possibility that reality did reset. And no matter how mad it seems, humanity may have been thrust into a different reality with no possibility of ever finding the way back home…

Reality is not always probable, or likely." - Jorge Luis Borges
A poster on the Above Top Secret (ATS) forum raised an issue that has been bothering many people. Some who are uneasy about what's happened do not speak up for fear of being labeled kooks, or even thought to be mentally ill. But many people are experiencing the same reality shift and when discussing it among friends or family members discover that others also remember distinct details of a subtlely different past.
The poster, "tpg65," posted this about timeslips and timeshifts:
With all the recent threads regarding timeslips or timeline changes and literally hundreds of ATS members reporting anomalies with time, I think it is about time that the subject be given some serious study.

Here are some of the most common anomalies reported by ATS members.

    1) Celebrities who were once dead but are now alive.

    2) Changes in recent historical events.

    3) Changes in movies, books, etc.

    4) Changes in the location of or sudden appearance of buildings, roads, etc.

    5) Changes in location of landmasses.

    A fork in the road?

Think back on certain events where the details are indelibly embedded in the mind. Compare notes with others. Some will recall (often with astonishment) the exact same details while others have no recollection of such an event.

    How can this be?
In effect, the universe downloads into aware minds and the mind uploads into reality, affecting the very nature of the multiverse in significant but unknown ways. The mind is also anchored to this universe. But when an incident occurs where that anchor is unseated, that mind may slip into another reality, another multiverse, before the anchor is seated again. Some may recall parts of the old reality, like vestiges of a previous imprint, while others have no recollection of what was at all. (Sound familiar?)

That is a multiverse jump. It's not a timeshift or a timeslip; it's a universe shift traveling along quantum entanglement.
Recent experiments have shown that quantum entanglement might even jump across the so-called "time barrier." [See: Quantum entanglement might cross 'time barrier' http://www.helium.com/items/2077775-quantum-entanglement-might-cross-time-barrier ]

    The Princeton connection

Remarkable experiments were conducted by the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) lab from 1979 until 2007. The work stirred up huge controversy in the field of human consciousness. Using a random number generator, the scientists tracked what they identified as a "group consciousness." The data, harvested by Random Event Generators (REG) and charted on graphs, had a tendency to spike just before an incident occurred that had worldwide impact on the psyches of the global population. PEAR strived to achieve what the researchers called "a state of resonance" and they claimed the data presented “a consistent empirical indication in the presence of groups of people engaged in shared cognitive or emotional activity” [Field REG II: Consciousness field effects: Replications and explorations, Journal of Scientific Exploration]

Physics experiments have shown that the quanta, the underlying foundation of existence and reality, affects the mind. That is remarkable, but even more astounding is the mind affects the quanta and affects the information the quanta carries.
Multi-dimensional hyperbolic interface of quanta-consciousness
Robert G. Jahn, was the acting program director, and one of the greatest proponents of the research was Roger D. Nelson in his role as the Operations Coordinator. Nelson's remarkable white paper, Correlations of Continuous Random Data With Major World Events, can be viewed here.

“One conceptual hypothesis for the group-related anomalies indicated by FieldREG is that the emotional/intellectual dynamics of the interacting participants somehow generate a coherent ‘consciousness field,’ to which the REG responds via an anomalous decrease in the entropy of its nominally random output.” The results of the ongoing research led many who supported the project to believe that mass consciousness anticipates a major world event and that such an event can therefore be predicted. Instead of the spikes being cause by unconscious anticipation of an event slipping backwards through the timestream, however, the phenomenon may also be caused by consciousness shifting into another reality, or another new timestream, initiated by the shockwaves of the event that causes a divergence from the probable future to a less likely future and also resets what was the recent past.

If a multiverse shift occurs and a new timestream emerges, many will have the ability to remember certain events in the past that no longer exist. That is because the human mind is partly outside the construct perceived as reality and partly outside of the main timestream. Some who experience this phenomenon believe they are no longer in the same universe. They can point to major incidents that occurred that others also distinctly recall that no longer exist. The most glaring examples of anomalies occur with disruptions or disappearances of recent historical events, especially famous people who were dead, but are now alive.

911 terror attacks may have created temporal waves resetting reality. Personal research since 2006 has revealed that two events may have shifted what was into a new reality: the Presidential election of 2000 may have warped the timeline, followed nine months later by the worldwide shock at the events that became known simply as 911. Following the dead-not dead celebrity thread, the phenomenon seems to affect only some who died no earlier than 1995 and carried forward to 2005, a span of about 10 years. It's as if a ripple in reality affected events across five years into the past and five years into the future.
The dead don't die: The following is an extremely abbreviated synopsis of some of the better cases that many recall with some measure of detail. Why some recall these deaths more vividly than others is an unknown. Some people will recall some of the deaths while having no recollection of others. A few people recall deaths that the majority do not. Kirk Douglas - in the late 1990s; he well-publicized death of South African Nelson Mandela; Famous author Kurt Vonnegut died in 1997 - Vonnegut died again on April 11, 2007, about 10 years after his "original" death; Rchard Chamberlain's death in the late 1990s from AIDs; Notoriously controversial reporter and a member of the White House Press Corps, Helen Thomas died of heart failure during the final years of the Clinton Administration. She was dead and buried for years until 2004 when she suddenly appeared again sitting in on a White House press briefing.

If bubble universes are being infinitely created, as some like world-renowned physicist Dr. Michio Kaku believe, then divergences are more the norm than an aberration. What was can change and causality can travel both ways. That time, space and the very nature of existence can be—and most likely is—mutable begins to become undeniable when the evidence is carefully sifted and analyzed.

An alien New York City on a different multiverse Earth [Emi]
Recent experiments have suggested that an effect can precede the cause, at least at the sub-atomic level. Yet, the sub-atomic level is the very foundation of existence and the binary reality of the universe—particles and waves—are both two sides to the same thing: the quanta. Disturbing cases have surfaced throughout history of people and places out of time. Visitors to our here that shouldn't be here.

Lerina discovered she was in another universe: ours
What started as an ordinary day—waking in bed one morning—evolved into a series of fearful shocks and haunting horror for a desperate woman lost in an alien world: our world. As Lerina García left her bed she noticed the sheets and bedclothes were strange. She didn't recognize them. Still shaking off the last vestiges of sleep, however, she simply shrugged away the eerie discovery and began her morning routine. Everything most precious to her was gone
But García would soon learn that once she'd left that slightly alien bed she entered another reality. Her life, her past—everything most precious to her—was gone. As she went through the routines of her first day in another universe she noticed small incongruities: things out of place, items missing or items she hadn't purchased.

As she later wrote on the Internet seeking someone to offer an explanation for her nightmarish dilemma and maybe offering help: "One day I woke up and found that everything was different—nothing spectacular or having to do with time travel and such things. I simply woke up in the same year and day on which I went to bed, but many things were different. They were small things, but sufficiently important to know that there was a point at which everything was different." Lerina's writings on the Internet relating her story are recounted in the Spanish language site revistadigitalavalon. Not everything was small. Although her car seemed the same and she still worked at the same company she had for 20 years, in the same building, she was shocked to learn her department no longer listed her. Her office was now in another department in a completely different part of the building. As the level of strangeness escalated, she dealt with her hesitancy and surprise by telling co-workers she wasn't feeling well. She shares her first day on an alien Earth:

“Four months ago I awoke on a normal morning. I was in my rented home where I’d been living for seven years. Everything was the same, except that my bed linen was different, and I paid no attention at the time. "So I went to work in my car, which was parked where I’d always parked, and it was the same office I’d worked in for the last 20 years. But when I got to my department, it wasn’t my department. It has names on the door and mine wasn’t on it. I thought I was on the wrong floor, but no, it was my own floor. I went over to the office’s wireless section and looked myself up. I still worked there, but in another department, reporting to a superior I didn’t even know.

"So I went to the department indicated in the directory, said I was feeling ill, and left. All the contents of my handbag were the same: my credit cards, my ID, everything, but I didn’t recall having changed departments at any time.

"I went to the doctor and underwent drug and alcohol testing…all clean.

"I returned to work the next day and was able to make my way by asking questions and saying that I wasn’t feeling well."

“I’ve been separated from my partner of seven years for some six months. We broke up and I started a relationship with a fellow from my neighborhood. I know him perfectly well, having been with him for four months. I know his name, surname, address, where he works, his son from another relationship, and where he studies.

"Well, that fellow no longer exists. He appeared to have existed before my 'jump' but there is no trace of him now.

"I’ve hired a detective to find him and he does not exist.

"I’ve visited a psychiatrist and its all been put down to stress. He thinks they’re hallucinations, but I know this isn’t the case. My former boyfriend is with me as though nothing had happened—apparently we never broke it off [in this world]—and Agustín (my current boyfriend) appears to have never existed. He doesn’t live in the apartment he used to live at and I cannot find his son.

The multiverse is an architecture of puzzles and paradoxes

"I swear to you that it's true and that I’m very sane. My own family doesn’t remember things like surgery performed on my sister’s shoulder a few months ago: she says she's never been operated on. Small things to that effect."

    A plaintive plea

As can be imagined, Lerina's traumatic life on this new Earth with a boyfriend she'd broken up with in the other world is causing her bouts of stress and depression. She ends her story with a plea for help:

"Please, if someone has had a similar experience, please contact me to see what may have happened. "I cannot find any pathology that matches my experience. For five months I’ve been reading all of the theories I’ve come across and am convinced that it has been a jump between planes or something, a decision or action taken that has caused things to change. "What upsets me is that that I’m in the same year, not in a different time, and I’m exactly the same. Let me explain: it’s as though I had lost my memory five months ago and woke up having dreamed those five months, with the exception that everyone remembers me during that time, and I’ve done things that I’m not aware of having done.

"Has anyone had a similar experience? Pranksters and people with a grasp on 'the truth' can refrain from commenting. This is very serious to me. Thank you — Luz.”

Could Lerina—a highly educated woman—be simply hallucinating everything? Perhaps she is suffering from a form of rare spatial time-related mental illness?
Perhaps not, for she's not alone in her experience.

I'm not real big on 'alternate timelines' but perhaps the secret-government has a multitude of scenarios worked-out and modeled in excruciating detail. Perhaps Presidential Speeches are being written decades in advance???!!! Some of this sort of thing would make sense, wouldn't it?? What I object to is the corrupt and violent aspects seemingly associated with the secret government. It seems like an out of control version of a basically good idea. I keep thinking that an Ancient Grand Plan for Planet Earth got hijacked and corrupted -- which is why I keep leaning toward a reformation and refinement of everything -- rather than junking everything, and starting from scratch.

A man from another reality shows up in Tokyo's airport

An impossible visitor arrives in Tokyo
A curious incident took place in Tokyo, Japan during the early 1990s: a man arrived on a flight with a passport from a non-existent country. The man expressed anger and shock when Japanese customs officials detained him. Although the officials checked their records carefully, the passport had been issued by a country that did not exist. No record showed the country had ever existed. Although passports exist issued by non-existent countries (known as camouflage passports), this passport was real and had custom officials' stamps on various pages including stamps by Japanese customs officials from previous visits. The man was well-traveled, caucasian, said the country was in Europe and had existed for almost 1,000 years. He carried legal currency from several European countries, an international drivers license and spoke several languages. Finally, indignant, he demanded a meeting with higher government authorities. He was convinced some massive practical joke was being played on him.

    Confusion and anger

While the customs officials were confused, the subject of their bewilderment grew increasingly angry. He claimed he was in Japan on business, the third such trip that year. He'd been traveling to Japan for more than five years and his company was a subsidiary of a growing international conglomerate. While it was true that the man's passport corroborated his story—the document had many previous custom's and visa stamps—no record of his country existed. And when the company he claimed to have pending meetings with was contacted they stated categorically they never heard of him, nor of the company he said he represented.

Equally puzzling were the man's other documents: he carried a drivers license issued by his country—but the country didn't exist. He also had an international drivers license, but that too was invalid. A checkbook contained checks for an account with an unknown bank.

The travel document claimed he was from a country none had heard of in their careers. Even the most senior customs officials were stymied by the passport that, in every other respect, looked authentic.

According to the passport, the man was from a country named Taured.

They pulled the traveler aside and escorted him to an interrogation room for an interview while they conducted a background check. The mystery man appeared caucasian, said his country was in Europe and carried legal currency from several European countries in a well-made, oversized billfold.

The hotel he insisted he had reservations with had no record whatsoever of him.

The man spoke several languages including Japanese. He said his native language was French and when shown a map of the world expressed what seemed to be genuine shock that his country wasn't on it.

He told officials that Taured was located where the Principality of Andorra, part of Spain, and part of France was shown on the map. He was adamant that no such country as Andorra existed and his country had existed for almost 1,000 years.

Had the entire world gone mad? he must have wondered. The Japanese wondered themselves as they stared back at the impossible man who certainly appeared well-traveled.

Hours passed and instead of gleaning answers, the puzzle only deepened.

Finally, the man demanded to see higher government authorities. By then he thought a massive and cruel practical joke was being played on him.
After being detained in the airport's cramped security room for almost eight hours, the customs officials took pity on him. They sent him to a nearby hotel with orders that the mystery visitor wait until a decision was reached on the matter.

After being detained for almost 14 hours in a small security room at the airport terminal, some government officials took pity on him and transported him to a hotel. They ordered the mystery visitor to wait there until they decided what to do about the matter. From the reports, the Japanese were just as confused and flustered as the mysterious man without a country.

Although two immigration officials were posted with instructions not to permit the man to leave his room, the next morning the guards discovered he was gone. The only exit was the door they watched and the only window had no outside ledge and was 15 stories above a busy downtown street. The authorities launched an intensive manhunt throughout Tokyo for the mysterious traveler, but finally gave up the hunt.

The man was never seen again.

    The professor's drive into oblivion
    http://inexplicata.blogspot.com/
Inexplicata relates a story that is like Lerina's, except from the opposite point of view. The original account was written by journalist Segundo Peña and published in one of Venezuela’s biggest newspapers, El Tiempo. Peña relates a strange tale that smacks heavily of a multiverse shift. The incident occurred on the campus of ULA (the University of the Andes) and involved a well-known faculty member. This is what happened in full daylight, according to dozens of witnesses: the professor left one of the university's buildings, crossed a parking lot to his parked car, and entered it. Many saw him as he walked to his car, some even called out to him and waved. The professor opened his car door, climbed in, sat down, and closed the door. The car sat there unmoving. Eventually, a few curious students went to the car and found it empty. The professor had vanished, presumably for good, as the incident occurred more than 40 years ago.

    Can such things be explained?

There is no orthodox scientific explanation for any of the incidents described, unless one looks at the leading edge of scientific speculation.
Exploring that dimly lit boundary between knowledge and myth—between the known and the unknown—the answer may be found.
People who appear and disappear may not be snatched up by rogue ripples of time, but by anomalies in the fabric of the shifting, living multiverse.
Some quantum physicists theorize that existence is populated by infinite universes infinitely created. Each universe is like an infinite bubble birthing new universes—new limitless bubbles. Time does not exist. Instead everything is an eternity of now.

In the world of the quanta—which encompases all that is—the multiverses are vibrating at different rates and some parallel worlds literally overlap ours.
Physicists also have had glimpses into these other realties during experiments where sub-atomic particles have winked out of existence and then reappeared. Whether they're jumping dimensions, or actually traveling between multiverses, no one knows.

    GREY AREA - PERSONAL STORIES
    Read this thread at: http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread722410/pg1

    I think I am Dead,,,I remember it !

Hi Everyone. Sorry to say I have been a (Lurker) for about two years. ATS has been very interesting and always given me food for thought. Honestly it has given me hope that we can change the way our future is going. But the future is why I am writing this Thread. I tried to test the waters, and how I would be accepted here, but FAILED with a short story that was attempting to provoke thought. Sorry.

What I am here for tonight are answers, suggestions, or input that you can offer about something that has kinda changed my life.
On 2/28/11 I picked my girlfriend up to go to her best friends wedding. I'm a guy that hates going anywhere where there are alot of people that I don't know, but I knew that my girlfriend wanted us to be there together and I could not disappoint her. Actually it was not as bad as I expected. The reception was pretty good, with all you can drink and eat bar.

After several hours of fun we decided to leave. My friend offered us a ride home, which I declined, saying" I would be fine".

The next morning I wake up with my GF by my side but my heart is pounding and I am stricken with sorrow. I had a dream that we crashed on the country road leaving the reception and my GF was killed. I could only see her with a chunk of wood plunged into her chest and blood everywhere. I laid there for what was only a few seconds when she awoke and grabbed me and said "I thought you where dead". She said she saw me smashed halfway through the windshield of my car looking at her but she knew I was dead.

After holding her for nearly an hour I had convinced her that it was just a dream. Then I noticed that some things had changed. Her hair was slightly longer, (by at least 2 inches) and the room looked light blue instead of the off white as it had always been. I brushed it off as me just being hung over.
Since then I have this recurring dream of the two of us leaving the wedding reception and crashing into the woods on the winding country road. I see a tree branch that has broken through the windshield and impaled her chest.

Things are different than they used to be. The tree in my front yard is bigger than I remember, not by much, just different. Outside smells different. Everything tastes different. My billfold is black instead of brown. But the thing that has me really scared is I have the feeling that we do not belong here. I am afraid that my dream is real.

I know it sounds really weird,,, But I don't think I'm in Kansas anymore.

Has anyone felt that this had happened to them before?

Multiverse Mayhem: Screaming Girls Sucked Into Alternate Universe
    Read full article at: http://beforeitsnews.com/story/1700/705/Multiverse_Mayhem:_Screaming_Girls_Sucked_Into_Alternate_Universe.html
Parallel Earths exist all around us—normally we can't see them

Highway 56 and Modena. To the west is Nevada, south is Arizona [Mapquest]
100,000 people experienced the story of Lorina García the woman from another universe hopelessly trapped here. Now comes another story—equally amazing and disturbing—of four girls who took a wrong turn on a lonely country road coming face-to-face with people who weren't quite human on an Earth that wasn't quite Earth. Four girls, returning from a Utah rodeo in May of 1972, were plucked from this universe and thrust into a world of bizarre terror. Their misadventure began as the foursome motored down Utah Highway 56 on a dark, moonless night and they approached the Modena railroad crossing landmark. Their auto, described as a 1971 Chevrolet Nova, was owned by the father of the two sisters. They were given permission to use the car to attend a popular rodeo held annually near Pioche, Nevada about 180 miles northeast of Las Vegas. At approximately 10 p.m. as the four—all students at Southern Utah University--drove back to their dorm, they approached the foreboding region where Gadianton Canyon waited. As the girls approached the Union Pacific rail line, the headlights of their car lit up a sharp fork ahead. The road leading off Highway 56 looked inviting. It seemed to be a more direct route back to their dorm. Their landlady, a stickler on curfews, always locked the doors by midnight and it was already half past ten. None of the girls relished the thought of arriving late and being forced to sleep in the car. The opportunity to take what seemed a short-cut strongly appealed to them.

Somewhere along the way the road changed from an asphalt pavement to cracked concrete.

Abruptly, one of the girls shrieked, "Look out!" The road suddenly ended at a towering rock wall. They were boxed in by the canyon and had no choice but to turn around and go back the way they'd come.

As they wound their way back towards Highway 56 they left the walls of the oppressive canyon behind them and emerged into the countryside again. Several minutes passed before they noticed the landscape had dramatically changed.

What was desolate, wind-swept desert sand, dotted with dry sagebrush, stubby ocotillo and gnarled Spanish bayonet, was now lush fields of ripening wheat under a clear, moonlit sky. In the distance, the water of a large lake shimmered, silvery under a bright moon. Yet the moon should not have been visible that night.

The three girls moaned and complained to the driver. Now they'd all have to sleep in the car. They'd never make it back to the dorm in time because the "short-cut" cost them at least a wasted half hour of driving.

Suddenly, a bright light off the roadway ahead captured their attention.

Approaching the light ahead of them, they discovered it came from a large building—some kind of roadhouse or restaurant. The place sat in the middle of a large parking lot and a blazing neon sign on the roof spelled out a message—at least that's what the girls assumed the sign was for because they couldn't read it. The sign's brilliantly glowing symbols were composed of strangely twisted lines creating of a mosaic of weird curves…a written language unknown to any of them. Without warning, very tall people burst from the roadhouse. Quite a number poured through the front door spilling into the parking lot.
Some of the roadhouse people seemed upset by the girls' arrival. They waved their arms at the girls. Others shouted and pointed at the girls and the Nova.
Later, the girls recalled the people from the roadhouse seemed shocked and frightened at the appearance of the Chevrolet driving into the parking lot.
As the girls pulled into the lot, one of them in the back seat got a good look at the throng of people milling outside the building.

The things they saw back at the roadhouse had at first looked like people. But when they got a better look at what was approaching them, it was clear the things weren't human.

A 2011 concept electric car strikingly similar to what girls saw in 1972
Four freakish, egg-shaped vehicles, humming and whining loudly, closed in on the speeding Nova. Each small vehicle had one large headlight and two front wheels. From what the girls could see, the vehicles had only one rear wheel.

"Go faster! They're gaining on us!" one of the girls in the rear shrieked.

The Nova's engine roared as its speed crept towards 80 miles per hour. Still the crazy egg-shaped cars pursued them.

Then the girls were back into the canyon. The Nova's roaring engine reverberated off the sheer rock walls. A rooster tail of dust rose up behind them and soon none of the girls could spot the whirring egg-shaped things anymore.

As they flew out of the canyon and into the desert, the road before them all but disappeared. The car bucked crazily over sagebrush and sand. Although it quickly slowed, the Nova skidded out of control sliding into an arroyo and crashing into the bottom.

    The engine died.

Rest of article at link above.

Three amazing details jump from the pages of the official report:

    1. No tire tracks were found where the Nova left Highway 56 in Modena as it headed for the canyon area.

    2. Of the tire tracks that were found, pointing in the direction of Highway 56, they extended only about 200 yards back into the desert and then abruptly disappeared.

    3. Left unexplained: how did the automobile travel almost two miles off of Highway 56 without leaving any physical trace upon the surrounding desert?

Alternate world newspaper you'll never see
Those who listened to Andrew Basiago's interviews may recall his saying that when they time traveled into the future (Project Pegasus), they were asked to bring back newspapers of current affairs. Basiago also recalled to seeing the Bushes (father and son where Junior was going around exclaiming that he was going to one day be president) there at one of the gatherings. Given that President Bush Sr. participated in time travel projects he would have had access to information brought back from the future and also has a means to go back and alter events. There is also speculation that Bush Sr. (CIA) was in someway related with JFK's death. It is somewhat ironic that his son won the first election due to voter ballot tampering when it was clear that Gore really did win in Florida and then the data was altered.
