    The four agreements

Post  malletzky on Sun Aug 22, 2010 8:48 am

Recently I finnished reading the booklet "The four agreements from Don Miguel Ruiz, which I can only recomend to all of you. Reading this book, I had a feeling that Don Miguel must have ben in my heart and read from the hidden wisdom inside Shocked Very Happy

Here is a small excerpt about this book which you can also find on his website www.miguelruiz.com

    The Four Agreements

"Everything we do is based on agreements we have made - agreements with ourselves, with other people, with God, with life. But the most important agreements are the ones we make with ourselves. In these agreements we tell ourselves who we are, how to behave, what is possible, what is impossible. One single agreement is not such a problem, but we have many agreements that come from fear, deplete our energy, and diminish our self-worth."

"In these agreements we tell ourselves who we are, how to behave, what is possible, what is impossible."

He and his son José published recently the new book called "The fifth agreement" which I'm just reading these days.
