Many Muslims desire to leave Islam, but are afraid of being killed by fellow Muslims. But there is a way by which they can renounce Islam without revealing it to anyone. That is by adapting the Sanatana way of life. Please share and promote this link http://sanatanaparishad.blogspot.in/ and help our Muslim brothers and sisters come out of the shackles of Islam.

Is there anything more laughable than using Churchill and Jefferson to make a case against Islam ? Jefferson the hypocrite who sold a constitution only valid for white Christians of pure blood ! Churchill, the bastard son of Nathan Rothschild, who instigated war in Europe with his machinations and blatant hypocrisy ! A bastard Jew professing to be 'christian' while he ordered carpet bombing of non strategic cities . Churchill could not order a Bacon sandwich without screwing it up.

Sure , Mohamed was a sick son of a bitch and so is his legacy . But to use the words of the condemned to lend credence to your argument just demonstrates hypocrisy and duplicity , the favored tools of despots everywhere.

Churchill was an incompetent windbag who twisted every word he ever uttered . Jefferson , a cynical opportunist who played all sides to line his purse and steal the moral high ground when he was not sleeping with his female slaves.

But no Mention of the true and authentic wisdom of Native Americans who spoke a far simpler and straight truth. The White man speaks with a forked tongue.

Condemnation from condemned men is no recommendation.

    Good Morning!  Brook

Wow!  Can I say that again?

    WOW!

    Opinions.

    Everyone's got em!

    France....Syria....9/11.... They're all connected right?

WAR!  Who the ef needs it right?

    Why do wars start:

This is grossly oversimplified, but it's basically not much different than robbery. That other country has something we want, let's take it away from them. The "something" can be land, resources, people (to convert to a different religion, for work, etc). The "something" can also be power, if the war-starting country perceives "the other guys" to be powerful, and decides to take them out before they get too powerful. Take a big dose of greed, add in a few dashes of fear, and season with a disregard for human life, and you get the recipe for war.

Has there been a political or religious figure in this thread that has not been mentioned?  I can't think of too many others but I'm sure there are.

It's all about freedom right?  Knowing freedom?

To know freedom..one must understand bondage. Because how active will you be coming from complacency?....Sitting in front of your computer..looking for the next new best thread. This is not to say you are not trying to do your part...however

Do you have it in you to stand up and say "I have had enough of the tyranny"?

    With Freedom comes responsibility;

Most people do not really want freedom, because freedom involves responsibility, and most people are frightened of responsibility." -- Sigmund Freud

Are you waiting for the next best man, or political figure to come along and make another dead promise?

This man was not a political figure...he made himself one

He took responsibility...and told the truth.
He worked hard to bring justice and truth...and paid with his life.

Now here is a twist....America made him the national hero for "Americas great struggle for racial equality"
They made him a political figure..however..toward the end of his struggle did you know
he was opposed to the republican and the democratic parties?
did you know he spoke out against capitalism?
then he was shot....hmmm...an America hero? Or just a hero of truth and knowing...

He did not let fear of the PTB get in the way...he marched to raise social consciousness ,
So everybody would know of the injustice that disturbed his whole race.

He took responsibility to know freedom

    He died for it!

Are you prepared to do that?  With all of your opinions?

The power to choose Freedom and Utopia

"Eternal vigilance is the price of freedom." We have heard that many times. What is also the price of freedom is the toleration of imperfections. If everything that is wrong with the world becomes a reason to turn more power over to some political savior, then freedom is going to erode while we are mindlessly repeating the catchwords of the hour, whether "change,"  or "social justice."

What we strive for , a "utopia" society structure with perfection...how to create perfection?

Let's go back to square one. The universe was not made to our specifications. Nor were human beings. So there is nothing surprising in the fact that we are dissatisfied with many things at many times. The big question is whether we are prepared to follow any politician or religious figure who claims to be able to "solve" our "problem."

If we are, then there will be a never-ending series of "solutions," each causing new problems calling for still more "solutions."

Therein lies the never-ending quest, costing ever increasing amounts of the taxpayers' money and ever greater losses of your freedom to live your own life as you see fit, rather than as presumptuous elites dictate, driven by power and greed ..don't forget where the power elite play their game..Ultimately, our choice is to give up Utopian quests or give up our freedom. This has been recognized for centuries by some, but many others have not yet faced that reality, even today. If you think government should "do something" about anything that ticks you off, or anything you want and don't have, then you have made your choice between Utopia and freedom.

You have given your power to choose away to the very people who have taken it away.

Food for thought...the illusive utopia does exist..where does it exist?
Think harder...it the mind of every one...in the KNOWING it does exist...but for who..and where..and when is the choice we must decide.

So while you're all debating this idea of freedom be it through religion or rhetorical theory based on your wide base of knowledge on the subjects expanded on within this thread...ask yourself what you've done to alleviate this problem you all are discussing and know exists from the comfort of your computer screen with such a wide verse of opinion....

    Freedom and Responsibility

Freedom, from an existential perspective, cannot be separated from responsibility. With freedom comes responsibility. Yet, it is common for many people to seek freedom while trying to avoid responsibility. While, at times, it appears that people may be able to succeed at this, there remains a psychological consequence. This consequence is often not very noticeable, but may find expression through guilt, anxiety, depression, or even anger.

Existential freedom is not the same things as freedom in the political sense we often think of it in America. In fact, political freedom could be view to be a rather shallow, though not unimportant, type of freedom. A person can be existentially free despite not being politically free, and a person can avoid embracing their existential freedom despite being offered political freedoms.

    Ways of Avoiding Responsibility

There are several common examples of how people avoid responsibility in culture. Conformity is one good example. People pride themselves on being autonomous individuals to the point of idealizing individualism. However, upon closer analysis, People find extremely creative ways of giving up their freedom. People often conform through blind allegiance to various organizations and institutions including political parties and religious institutions. This is not to say that being dedicated to either of these are bad. In fact, often they can lead to very positive outcomes. The problem comes with blind allegiance where a person gives up their responsibility to critically think through the beliefs, perspectives, and values of the organization. When this happens, the individual's values are no longer authentic.

When a person gives their allegiance to an external belief structure, they may go in one of several directions. First, they often will become very rigid in their allegiance to the organization or structure to which they have committed. This type of conformity can be seen through various forms of fundamentalism -- religious, political, psychological systems, etc.

Second, they may present as being very committed to a belief systems or organization, but they feel very comfortable bending the rules where it does fit their desires. It becomes easy to bend the rules because they are not really committed to the underlying values system. However, when a person is deeply committed to authentic moral or value principles, they are less willing to act in ways which contradict these principles. The principles are authentic.

Another way avoid responsibility can occur through the belief that one is powerless. There can be many factors which are seen to render a person powerless. A person can perceive themselves as a victim of their environment, of various supernatural or spiritual forces, their unconscious, or a victim of their biology/genes. While an existential approach will recognize that all of these factors may influence a person, none of them render a person powerless or completely control them.

Be the change eh?  Where have we heard that before?

    Some do work at it.

Do you?  Do you want Peace while throwing it up on this thread?

Freedom and Responsibility....you want it? What have you responsibly done about it with all of the opinions thrown out here?

You Sanicle have captured what I was saying in a rather long post but culminated to the same thing.  Essentially we have said the same thing I just expand more eh?  Who me?  LOL   Huh ?

    Thank you.... Flowers

btw...there are 322,583,006 precious souls to LOVE in America (one of which is Bobhardee my closest neighbor here at the Mists) as of July 1, 2014 until the next census...equivalent to 4.45% of the total world population.

You might remember me writing this several years ago but it stands as true today as it did then:

Several months ago, I ran across someone who wrote something and claimed, all of our problems are because of  [fill in the blank].  I got angry. I then made a statement in tears and anger. This part I want to share.

Who am I? I’m a mother of three sons, and two grandchildren. I’m a musician, I’m the one you pass at the market when shopping.  I cry at sad movies, and happy endings. I’m the one you honk at while at the traffic light, because I’m changing the radio station and not paying attention to the light. I’m the one who can’t stand to see the starving children in deprived countries. I’m the one who stood by and watched the twin towers fall in disbelief. I’m the one who watched the United States go to war for the sake of oil and power. I’m the one who woke up to the fact that it is all an illusion. One created to use us against each other.

I’m the one who want’s to wake up and find that the illusion is over.  That mankind stood up and said , we are through with your lies, we want only the truth and nothing else will be acceptable. We will stop working your war machine, we want nothing to do with your power agendas. We want to see the starvation and suffering ended. We want the children to be nothing but loved. We hold our future dear to us and will not accept your blatant lies. We don’t care about your boarders, we care about our neighbors.  We send them love. We bless them with kindness and giving. We will rebuild our future with strength of compassion. Hate is not a word we use in our vocabulary. Giving is our key to success.

Then and only then will the tears I shed turn tears of joy. Then mankind can collect the grand prize.  The universal prize of humanity shedding it’s mask of animal behavior.  Then we will be able to join the ranks of Sharing universal love of humanity and creation throughout the universe.

For the LOVE of God!  We may be human....but we're still animals.

What's REALLY Scaring Me is my beginning to understand the Mindset of the Rulers -- and the Mindset of the Ruled. When I suggested to the "Ancient Egyptian Deity" that humanity had made it easy to be deceived and misled -- the AED replied "Very Easy". The AED stated that they had "Always Remained One-Step Ahead of Humanity". Helena Blavatsky said "What Is One to Do -- When to Rule Men It Is Necessary to Deceive Them". I have tried to envision an Idealistic Human Solar System -- but I always seem to end-up in Deep-Despair when I attempt to think-through the problems (even in a very introductory and shallow manner). I always end-up feeling sick and dirty. The more idealistic I become (while simultaneously contemplating reality) -- the more my nervous-system breaks-down. I keep thinking about that promise in Genesis "You Shall Be As Gods". How many Gods can simultaneously exist in the same galaxy (not to mention the same world)?? I've speculated about a Nice-God being replaced by a Mean-God -- but I honestly mean no disrespect (as strange as that seems). What if humanity rejected the Nice-God -- and willingly submitted to the Mean-God in antiquity?? What if the very same thing is happening in modernity?? What if the Nice-God and the Mean-God are actually on the Same-Side -- and are teaching the universe a very important lesson?? What if Earth is the Theater of the Universe??

Free Speech has been denied to the majority for so long that all they know how to do is scream the company line from a very small cell in another country bound by national identity , Flags and laws.

Martin Luther was Co opted by the establishment , like all genuine Hero's , to cover the tracks of the Elite and make them look good. Its an old Formula that works .

So 'Free speech' from an ignorant tool of the establishment adds nothing but hot air to the dialogue . It may get a balloon off the ground , but it wont get you out of your mental prison .

Meanwhile the 'revolutionaries' become willing tools of the Establishment and do the dirty work of the string pullers for them . Pinocchio never looked so helpless and unconvincing.

Talking Free wont get you free. Living free is just a matter of walking through the door naked with no religion ,no politics , no skin color and no hidden agenda.

Personally speaking ,I die quite often for the cause but I dont feel the need for self pity or martyrdom. I avoid it because show boating wont get hope floating .

Have a nice day you lovely people and take a chill pill.

A few words of wisdom I found today from a friend of my granddaughter also a musician of some small fame.

Try to remember that each life is as valuable as your own, even when its owner has thrown it away.
Respect the opinions of others, recognizing that truth depends on your point of view.

Investigate the boundary where caring for others gives way to harming yourself. Walk that line with an eye on the chasm waiting on either side.

Avoid labels that permit you to think of anyone as less-than-human. Never exchange freedom for false security, or allow proprietors of fear to sell you vengeance cloaked in robes of justice.

Accept others just as they are, keeping in mind that unasked-for assistance sounds like criticism to unwilling ears.

Hold chaos, intuition, and inspiration in the same high esteem as order, progress, and logic, remembering that many scientific breakthroughs come to their discoverers in dreams.

If you believe that God is speaking directly to or through you, congratulations: your arrogance has achieved infinite proportion.

If you pray, ask for acceptance of things as they are. After all, who do you suppose is running the show?

When the choices and failings of others makes them a drain on society’s resources, imagine that you’ve lost your job, and your family and friends have deserted you in the wake of a debilitating stroke. Recall this feeling whenever dealing with those less fortunate.

Balance the efforts of others against the scale of their limitations, rewarding those desperate enough to assail the walls that imprison them.

To those for whom helplessness is a habit and a hustle, offer compassion, not crutches, encouragement, not support. None are more crippled than those with legs who lack the faith to stand.

Take responsibility for the person you are as you value the people you encounter, taking one small step at every moment toward a slightly-better world.

Don’t waste time living up to the standards of others. Set the bar high, and don’t look down...rise.

Yeah yeah....and Nero fiddled while Rome burned.  Problem with that; Firstly, there was no such instrument as the fiddle (violin) in first century Rome. Secondly, Nero may very well not have neglected his duty at all. Nero died four years later, and we should remember that history is written by the victors.

I've been reading your words and you tend to contradict what you preach my dear.  In fact in this very thread you've done just that.

Now....Back to FRANCE NOW without the tawdry euphemism and Preaching.

Something I'd like to bring to the spectrum of what and why France.

    Pay attention to the dates...

    Starting with 9/11:

Imagine not being able to distinguish the real cause, from that without which the cause would not be able to act, as a cause. It is what the majority appear to do, like people groping in the dark; they call it a cause, thus giving it a name that does not belong to it....

    September 11

Starting date of the Coptic Calendar.

    Thout

Thout also known as Tout is the first month of the Coptic calendar. It lies between September 11 and October 10 of the Gregorian calendar. The month of Thout is also the first month of the Season of 'Akhet' (Inundation) in Ancient Egypt, where the Nile floods cover the land of Egypt. The name of the month of Thout comes from Thoth, the Ancient Egyptian God of Wisdom.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coptic_calendar

Inundation...And the start date of Sept 11 is also the Feast of Nayrouz

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nayrouz

In the Coptic Orthodox Church, September 11 is the feast of Nayrouz or Neyrouz, when martyrs and confessors are commemorated. This day is also the start of the Coptic new year and its first month (Thout).

The Feast of Neyrouz marks the first day of the Coptic year. Ignorant of the Egyptian language for the most part, the Arabs confused the Egyptian new year's celebrations, which the Egyptians called the feast of Ni-Yarouou (the feast the rivers), with the Persian feast of Nowruz. The misnomer remains today, and the celebrations of the Egyptian new year on the first day of the month of Thout are known as the Neyrouz. Its celebration falls on the 1st day of the month of Thout, the first month of the Egyptian year, which for AD 1901 to 2098 usually coincides with 11 September, except before a Gregorian leap year when it begins September 12.

How many martyrs did you count on September 11th, 2001?

    So....the Paris Attacks:

    November 13:

Bab Tuma (Arabic: باب توما, meaning: "Thomas’s Gate") is a borough of Old Damascus in Syria, one of the gates inside the historical walls of the city, and a geographic landmark of Early Christianity. It owes its name to Thomas, one of the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bab_Tuma

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_of_Damascus

Hathor (Coptic: Ϩⲁⲑⲱⲣ), also known as Hatour, is the third month of the Coptic calendar. It lies between November 10 and December 9 of the Gregorian calendar. The month of Hathor is also the third month of the Season of 'Akhet' (Inundation) in Ancient Egypt, when the Nile floods historically covered the land of Egypt; they have not done so since the construction of the High Dam at Aswan.

The name of the month comes from Hathor, the Ancient Egyptian Goddess...

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hathor_%28month%29

November the 13 in the Month of Hathor happens to be the date of:

Martyrdom of St. Thomas of Damascus

What does this have to do with the French?

The bull s*** is being heavily smeared on the wall, plain to see.  Here in The Mists, you get to witness the tactic used to disrupt and denigrate anyone with an ounce of clear thinking.  Enjoy your front row seats.
So you have noticed that too...

Uh-huh.  May I remind everyone that although we may be sitting on our arses, never underestimate the power of words to wake people up.  Wars are also waged with keyboards.

Even if just one person wakes up and sees what’s going on here, then it's all worth it.

Remember, the clearer the message, the more likely it is to ring clearly in your heart.

    God' knows no love?

    You would know this how?

    Insult the animals?

    You're so funny.  Seriously!

...never underestimate the power of words to wake people up.  Wars are also waged with keyboards.

Do you actually believe words on a forum are going to wake people up?

Big battle of the keystroke eh?  Silly really...

Your online paramour has been playing with words...perhaps someone should tell him an  anagram is a type of word play that uses the exact amount of letters.  Perhaps I've upset him?

Well allow me to share the Mists of Avalon with you.

There are people here very much awake thank you but they also have their own faith.  Be it Buddha, Shiva, the "prime creator", an elemental, Jesus, Dragonomy, or a wisard!  Witch witch is witch eh?

On this forum your friend and now I'm supposing you are going to school us eh?

Wake us up with words...word play no?

I'm seriously enjoying this new school you've opened to us simple minded folks.

But before you blow your top and say another silly rhetorical sentence.

Perhaps you and your fellow might just find you are singing to the choir.

    Do you know your enemy?

btw...tell your buddy my man and soul mate is Blackfoot.  His name is Lionhawk.

Sorry I can't think of anything else....Oh your so funny (like I said before) is in this song and it came to mind.

My son took a photo with this guy...

You should get a load of my take on the felines.  But again that is not smiting the faith of the members on this forum and telling them they're perverted eh?

I know!  I just made a video of my dog...wanna see it?  Sure you do!

    and here he is channeling!

Yes...much better than discussing what just happened in France like the title of this thread suggests.  Just smather those around here and tell them how ridiculous they are for having their faith eh?  My dog approves...but he'll approve anything if it comes with a biscuit!

He also has a soft underbelly! LOL
