Hillary Clinton has been forced to submit to a federal judge under threat of perjury.

The BBC just announced Hillary Clinton has been called up against federal judges to answer 20 questions in court regarding her use of email!
This was reported on this late night BBC political show at midnight UK time. Yet 13 hours later no other media outlet not even the BBC itself has even mentioned it?

Hillary Clinton used variations of 'I don't recall' 21 out of 25 times
when answering questions about private email server in court filing

-She was asked questions under oath about her destruction of emails
-Clinton is accused of permanently erasing 33,000 emails from her server
-Written answers show she dodged most of 'interrogatories' posed to her
-She claims no one ever told her deleting emails could break the law
A-lso said she did not 'recall' if she had a 'specific expectation that the State Department would receive FOIA requests for or concerning her email'
-Ex-First Lady also insists she wasn't warned of security threats it may pose
-Clinton signed the answers on Monday under 'penalty of perjury'

Sworn written testimony obtained by Judicial Watch show the Democratic presidential candidate dodged virtually all of the questions about the correspondences she removed from her private server while she was Secretary of State.

A federal judge ordered Clinton's legal team to turn over written responses to questions concerning the so-called 'homebrew' server.
Clinton signed the document containing the answers, written by her lawyers on her behalf, on Monday under 'penalty of perjury'.
The former First Lady sidestepped most of the questions, and insisted that she did not 'recall' if anyone told her she could be breaking the law by deleting the emails.

She also said she could not remember ever being warned about hacking threats to her private account or server.

Clinton Knows! Obama Knows! Comey Know! Lynch Knows!
They Are ALL Going to Prison.

“LOCK HER UP” Movement Growing By The Day
    This Is Why That,
    No Matter What the
    2016 Election Result,
    “LOCK HER UP”
    Will Continue to Resound
    Across America.
    She Will Be Locked Up,
    Unless She Happens To First….

Hillary Clinton knows that she is disqualified from being POTUS

    State of the Nation

Hillary Rodham Clinton is a trained attorney and once-practicing lawyer.

Mrs. Clinton knows the law and especially the relevant federal statutes regarding government property.

Therefore, Mrs. Clinton knows that she is categorically disqualified from holding public office in the United States of America.  The United States Code is unequivocal about who cannot hold elective office as stated in the following law of the land.[1]  As follows:

U.S. CODE: Hillary R. Clinton is disqualified from holding any office in the United States

There’s a very good reason why the preceding post has well over 313,000 Facebook “Likes”.  This particular law CANNOT BE SUBVERTED by anyone, under any circumstances.

As a BAR-registered lawyer, U.S. Senator and Secretary of State, no one knows this particular law better than Mrs. Clinton.  Actually the DNC probably knows it better as they are directly responsible for vetting the presidential candidates who are officially nominated by the Democratic Party.

Transparent Manipulation of the MSM has Incensed the Electorate
Hillary Clinton’s naked control over the Mainstream Media (MSM) has only pushed more voters into the Donald Trump camp.

The Wikileaks emails showing the unparalleled influence exerted daily by the DNC over the MSM also reveal a deliberate criminal conspiracy to subvert American democracy.

Everyone knows that CNN is really the Clinton News Network.

Everyone knows that MSNBC and CBS News are merely propaganda organs of the Clinton Campaign.

However, that emails have been released, which expose this illicit collaboration between the DNC and the media, is both unprecedented and paradigm-shattering. The American electoral process will NEVER be that same, nor should it be.  See for yourself: Trumpsters Take On The Mainstream Media

Hillary is running for president to avoid being a prisoner
There is now so much incriminating information that has been downloaded throughout the public domain that serves as an indictment of Clinton’s official misconduct that the American people will not rest until she is imprisoned.  She knows this. Which is why she continues to run for POTUS in spite of having a very precarious health status.

The numerous professional medical diagnoses (including her personal physician) and various medical opinions which can now be found on the Internet are all conclusive: Hillary suffers from Parkinson’s disease, Subcortical vascular dementia and Post-concussive syndrome.  Why in the world would she ever run for president unless she absolutely had to?  Even her NWO globalist masters cannot compel her to do something she is effectively incapable of.

Hillary Clinton Is Unlawfully Concealing Her Parkinson’s Disease

The important point here is that Hillary has to win this election to stay out of prison.  The national clamor to prosecute her, convict her, sentence her and get her off the street is now too great and irreversible for her to successfully tamp down.  The more Mrs. Clinton tries to manipulate the MSM, or DNC, or Democratic Party to carry out her will, the more her perfidy is exposed for all to see.  The people are only getting angrier at her lying and treachery, prevarication and deception, betrayal and deceit.

Truly, Hillary R. Clinton has dug herself a grave that she cannot get out of.  Even if she steals this election outright, the American people will eventually Watergate her, a true fulfillment of poetic justice.

    State of the Nation

    Editor’s Note

The crucial link posted at the beginning of this article is so radioactive it has the potential to effectuate real change like never seen before.  The USA is first and foremost a nation of laws. Were a POTUS to be elected who the body politic knew in advance broke one of the most important laws of the nation, the country would descend into anarchy.  Hence, it is critical to inform the people who are unaware of this solemn statute.  It is the key to American independence; and it is the best way to prevent a career criminal from holding the highest office in the land.

Please, disseminate the following link by every means possible and by any means necessary.  The very future of the American Republic may depend upon it.  So, too, may the ultimate fate of the America people.  Thank you!

    "By Catherine Austin Fitts"

For my entire life, I have watched our political and financial systems operate with an institutionalized multiple personality disorder. We say one thing and do another.  We have an overt economy and a covert economy. We say we believe in freedom, then we rule with dirty tricks and force. During last night’s debate, Donald Trump attempted to instill accountability into the political process.

Hillary Clinton is an excellent representative of a psychopathic system. She is presentable and polished. She ticks off details. However, the facts are that she and her husband have engaged in significant criminality for many decades, have gotten rich from it, much of it at the expense of the people being genocided (Haiti, Libya, gentification in African American communities, etc.) and the American people.  The Clintons are lawless – they believe they are effective at “the way things are.”

I listen to many people complain about the financial coup d’etat but support the people who made it happen (housing bubble, bailouts, Madoff), and who Goldman Sachs continues to richly reward.  If saying nice fluffy things about women and children is what gets your vote irregardless of how many women and children a politician kills and harvests – or their client and husband rapes – well, it is time you grapple with the multiple personality disorder in your spirit. Many of us have had to do it – it’s all part of the change that we are moving through.

For the last two weeks, Donald Trump has done a remarkable job of handling the ongoing attacks by the ultimate bully machine, while countless Republican politician have whimpered as the Orwellian PC machine threatens lives and careers. They lick the hands that feed them.

Trumps refusal to be bullied under the white heat of the media shriek-o-meter says to me for the first time that he does have what it takes to be our President in a world full of bullies –  whether friends or foes. Republican VP candidate Mike Pence also did a remarkable job of not being bullied by Tim Kaine’s 70 interruptions and numerous double binds.

Our choice politically is coming down to human vs. inhuman. Clinton talked a great game on Sunday night. However, for anyone who knows the actual record of the Clintons and the financial interests they represent, her slick presentation fronts for a syndicate which is inhumane. Her hubris speaks to the risk this group represents.

Without the law, we have no country and we have no financial system. I did not donate to or vote for Trump in the Republican primary. However, now that he is the Republican candidate, I am donating and voting for him in the general election.  He just stood up for the law in one of the most remarkable displays of personal and political courage I have ever seen on the national stage.

Some say it was staged. Maybe. Maybe not. Either way, Richmond Valentine is having a good time.

And on this we agree. Our goal – every last one of us – should be to make “America Great Again.” Great includes “human.”

Podesta’s Twitter, new email hacked by 4chan users
    https://www.rt.com/usa/362617-podesta-twitter-email-hacked/

It's certainly not John Podesta's week. Both the Twitter and email account of Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman have been hacked just hours after WikiLeaks released a fifth batch of his emails. Both accounts were apparently infiltrated by 4Chan users on Wednesday, with Podesta alerted to the Twitter hack when his account tweeted, “I’ve switched teams. Vote Trump 2016. Hi pol.” The tweet has since been deleted.

“Hi pol” is a 4chan reference to the website's Politically Incorrect thread.

"We can confirm that John's Twitter account was hacked, which would explain that message,” Clinton press secretary Nick Merrill said. “We are working on fixing it."

Podesta, who was Bill Clinton’s chief of staff and also counselor to Barack Obama, accused Russians of hacking his emails on Tuesday. He claimed Russia was interfering in the elections “on behalf of our opponent.”

Podesta’s iCloud login information was within the Wikileaks emails, and 4chan users are understood to have tried the passwords for Podesta’s Twitter and Outlook accounts.

Podesta was ridiculed for failing to change his passwords after Wikileaks began releasing his emails.

Is Trump ready to go nuclear?

    SNIP
Hillary Clinton by now has been solidly unveiled as the certified candidate of the Wall Street-industrial-military-surveillance complex – a bipartisan ‘War Party’ nebulae uniting neocons and neoliberalcons. As I argued, she is ready to go to war and has even coined a remixed axis of evil.

And that brings us to the frankly surrealist scenario of Donald Trump as The Last Man Standing between sanity and WWIII.

    Hello, Daisy
It ain’t over till the last (rigged?) Diebold machine sings. November 8 will be all about turnout in a basketful of “deplorable” states.

And for all the 24/7 scandal time of non-stop groping and kissing and lewd locker room misbehaving, Trump seems to be ready to limp toward the finish line just as he began; an all-out populist/nativist/nationalist fighting open borders (a Clinton mantra, as revealed by the latest WikiLeaks Podesta email dump); “free” trade; neoliberal globalization; and regime change/bomb them into democracy/”humanitarian” imperialism.

US East Coast business circles discreetly supporting Trump’s platform are encouraging him to focus on only two issues; “to attack Obama and Clinton for blowing up Libya and Syria, creating the flow of refugees that is disrupting the civilized world;” and to attack Hillary as a Wall Street surrogate, stressing “the 2008 debacle was engineered by derivative manipulations where losses were reimbursed to Wall Street, while middle class home owners were not bailed out. These firms are all supporters of Hillary.”

And then there’s the ultimate, defining issue; the US-Russia Cold War 2.0 that could turn into WWIII. Washington is de facto holding open a nuclear first-strike capacity against Russia, part of the Full Spectrum Dominance doctrine – and Hillary fully supports it. To unmask her as ‘Mother Warmonger’, businessmen supporting Trump have suggested he go - literally – nuclear, issuing a remixed version of the notorious ad that guaranteed the 1964 electoral victory to Lyndon Johnson.

...Hillary is the anointed – warmongering - representative of these masters; or to quote 2016 Nobel Prize for Literature Bob Dylan, she’s only a pawn in their game, while Trump consciously positions himself as the unlikely outsider. She is actually the Goliath. If he wants to come out as the winning David, his (nuclear) slingshot has got to be a remixed “Daisy”.

Exclusive — Sen. Jeff Sessions on WikiLeaks Revelation of Hillary Clinton’s Support for ‘Open Borders’: ‘It’s a Smoking Gun’
NEW YORK CITY, New York — Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, thinks the paid speech transcripts of Hillary Clinton revealing she supports open borders are a “smoking gun” in this election.

“It’s a smoking gun,” Sessions told Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM 125 The Patriot Channel on Thursday morning when asked for his reaction to the revelation.

“Years ago it finally dawned on me: I used to say, and still do, the Democrats and liberals will pass any immigration bill as long as it doesn’t work,” Sessions said.

    He continued:

What does that mean? It means they have never wanted a lawful system of immigration. They have frustrated it at every turn. They say they do, for 30 years they have promised and Republicans have promised to produce a lawful system of immigration. They’ve had multiple opportunities to do so with the American people supporting them overwhelmingly. But have they done it? No. Why? Just what that email reveals. She doesn’t do it because she believes in open borders.

That’s where they want to take our country. They don’t believe in borders. This is a deep philosophical question and the answer is crystal clear. You can’t operate in this world today with open borders. Give me a break. You could spend hours explaining why. They never say it publicly because they know they can’t defend it.

So this is an incredible revealing statement that she is going to the American people right now claiming that Donald Trump made errors 10 or 20 years ago whereas she is perpetuating one of the greatest false campaigns ever saying she is going to have a lawful system of immigration when she has no intention whatsoever to do so.

WikiLeaks, in the first email dump of now six total dumps of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s hacked emails, found partial transcripts of Hillary Clinton’s position is in favor of open borders.

“My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders, some time in the future with energy that is as green and sustainable as we can get it, powering growth and opportunity for every person in the hemisphere,” Hillary Clinton said on May 16, 2013, in a paid speech to Banco Itau, according to the leaked Podesta documents.

Sessions that her remarks being for “open trade” were just as revealing as her support for “open borders.”

“This is because she views the future here in the Western Hemisphere and really worldwide, but initially she mentioned here, but her view is like the European Union—that the British just finally desperately extracted themselves from before they got sucked in it so deeply that their own laws cease to have meaning and that the people who have ruled them they can’t control because they’re in Brussels and not at home, not the people they elected,” Session said on Breitbart News Daily.

    He added:

So what she indicated there is that she wants a Hemispheric-wide—she didn’t indicate it, she flat out admitted it, she wants a Hemispheric-wide common market which is the way the European Union formed. And she wants free movement of people and free movement of goods. This is indefensible. That’s why she denies it.

That’s why she flipped on the Trans Pacific Partnership trade deal that’s a five thousand page deal that’s probably the largest one in our history—it is the largest one in our history—and she supported it consistently. As Secretary of State, she helped write the dadgum thing. So give me a break. She’s praised it. CNN found she praised it 44 times.

A top Asian policy adviser who some say would be the next Secretary of State in her administration told Australians last summer that she may have said that but they’re going to pass it anyway and now we have the WikiLeaks thing that proves beyond all doubt that on this critical issue she is flat lying to the American people. She intends to move forward. She’ll make a few cosmetic changes, say the thing is fixed, and try to move it through Congress. That’s just what’s going to happen. It’s a fundamental lie.

Sessions framed this election as a referendum election on the important issues of the day, and said that because GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump is “standing firm” he is “taking the slings and arrows for us” as a result of the fact he “threatens the establishment.”

“The bottom line is Donald Trump is right on trade, he’s right on immigration, he’s right on judges and the rule of law, he’s right on Obamacare’s failure and how people are suffering under this rigged system to the detriment of their concerns, their interests, while in secret Hillary Clinton and a lot of other establishment politicians meet with rich global interests and serve them when the chips are down and not the American people,” Sessions said.

    He explained:

This is—for me—this is how I got into this whole thing. It’s a deep problem. The leadership in this country has drifted globalist. They’ve lost sight of the interests of and struggles of American working people.

Working people’s pleas to their government are right and just. They’re not mean and stupid. They believe in a lawful system of immigration, and that’s right and just. They believe in a system of immigration that protects their jobs and wages first, that when we have a job vacancy here the first thing we do is give a chance to American worker here not bringing in someone from abroad.

My goodness, who do we owe our loyalty to? So they’re right about that. They’re right to be concerned about trade. I’ve done study on it. I’ve supported trade deals in the past, but we’ve done research: The results of these agreements are hurting the American people just like they thought when it passed.

The American people never believed in these things yet the experts said we should do it and it was done by their leaders and the results are in.

Sessions said that to make America great again, the country needs “better tougher trade deals” that “protect American manufacturing, American jobs, and higher-paying jobs.”

“And without a manufacturing base, this country can’t be healthy and strong,” Sessions said. “We are being cheated by our trading partners. This is not a free market. This is a manipulated market by our competitors who want to seek an advantage for their countries and as Donald Trump says ‘who’s negotiating for us? Who’s defending our interests?’ Nobody. And as a result we have had a decline steadily in wages for middle America since 2000. Wages for median family income are down by $100 a month. We want wages going up not down.”

Ultimately speaking, Sessions said he has never seen anything like what the media and political class are doing to take down Donald Trump.

    POLITICS
BOOM: Rush Reveals Michelle’s Perverted Past After She Dumps on Trump

On his Thursday show, conservative icon Rush Limbaugh lambasted first lady Michelle Obama for going after Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump for his “locker room talk” after having invited to the White House rappers and pop music stars whose lyrics contained far worse degradation than anything Trump said.

“It’s not locker room talk. I don’t know men who talk that way. Decent men do not talk that way. What Trump was talking about was sexual assault,” Michelle Obama said during a visit to New Hampshire.

Limbaugh immediately called out the double standard.

Limbaugh also brought up a “sermon” by the Obamas’ former pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

“Yeah, I guess Michelle Obama wasn’t there when the Rev. Wright was talking about Bill Clinton,” Rush said “You remember what Rev. Wright said about Bill Clinton, Monica Lewinsky? … ‘And Bill and Monica Lewinsky was riding dirty. Yeah, chickens have come home to roost, baby.’ ‘Bill was riding dirty,’ and the population, the congregation went nuts.”

And while Rush didn’t mention her, let’s not forget Michelle’s BFF, Beyoncé. Here are some of her lyrical exploits (WARNING AGAIN: graphic language at link):

The first lady, meanwhile, calls her a role model.

EMAILS: OBAMA CLAIMED EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE IN HILLARY MESS

(CNSNews.com) - In a March 4, 2015 email to Hillary Clinton's lawyer Cheryl Mills, Clinton's eventual campaign chairman John Podesta asks if they should withhold email exchanges between Clinton and President Obama that were sent over Clinton's private server.

The day before Podesta sent his email to Mills, the House Benghazi Committee privately told Clinton to preserve and hand over all her emails. (The FBI report on Clinton's emails notes on Page 18 that on March 3, 2015, the United States House Select Committee on Benghazi provided a letter to the law firm Williams & Connolly requesting the preservation and production of all documents and media related to the email addresses hdr22@clintonemail.com and hrcl7@clintonemail.com.)

The email from Podesta to Mills, titled "Special Category," reads: "Think we should hold emails to and from potus? That's the heart of his exec privilege. We could get them to ask for that. They may not care, but I(t) seems like they will."

Mills did not respond by email. The Clinton-Obama emails were turned over to the State Department, which later announced it would not release them.

At the Jan. 29, 2016 State Department briefing, spokesman John Kirby told reporters:

"As the White House has previously stated, Secretary Clinton and the President did on occasion exchange emails. As they have also said previously, such presidential records shall remain confidential to protect the President’s ability to receive unvarnished advice and counsel but will ultimately be released in accordance with the Presidential Records Act.

"I can confirm that 18 emails comprised of eight distinct email chains between former Secretary Clinton and President Obama are being withheld in full from the State Department’s FOIA production today of...former Secretary Clinton’s emails.

"The decision to withhold presidential correspondence from State’s Freedom of Information Act production of former Secretary Clinton’s emails was widely covered months ago. In response to a FOIA request, again, it is not unusual to deny or withhold a document in full. To be clear, the emails between then Secretary Clinton and President Obama have not been determined to be classified. They are entirely separate and distinct from the emails in today’s release that were upgraded to top secret, secret, or confidential, and I’m not going to speak again to the content of that email traffic."

The FBI report released this past July revealed that President Obama used a pseudonym in his email correspondence with Clinton. (In her April 5, 2016 interview with the FBI, Clinton aide Huma Abedin was shown the pseudonym used by the president, and she exclaimed at the time, "How is this not classified?")

President Obama told CBS News on March 7, 2015 that he learned about Clinton's use of a private email server “the same time everybody else learned it, through news reports."

It was five days previously, on March 2, 2015, that The New York Times reported for the first time that Clinton had used a private email account and server to conduct official government business while serving as secretary of state.

On March 9, Obama's spokesman clarified that the president knew Hillary Clinton conducted business on a nongovernment email account while serving as secretary of state, but he had only recently learned the details of the privately run system, including her exclusive use of a private server.

    Anti-Catholics & Elitist Bigots
    Commentary

Will Hillary Clinton clean out the nest of anti-Catholic bigots in her inner circle? Or is anti-Catholicism acceptable in her crowd?

In a 2011 email on which Clinton campaign chief John Podesta was copied, John Halpin, a fellow at the Center for American Progress that Podesta founded, trashed Rupert Murdoch for raising his kids in a misogynist religion.

The most "powerful elements" in the conservative movement are Catholic, railed Halpin: "It's an amazing bastardization of the faith. They must be attracted to the systematic thought and severely backward gender relations..."

Clinton spokesperson Jennifer Palmieri agreed: "I imagine they think it is the most socially acceptable politically conservative religion. Their rich friends wouldn't understand if they become evangelical."

"Excellent point," replied Halpin. "They can throw around 'Thomistic' thought and 'subsidiarity' and sound sophisticated because no one knows what the hell they are talking about."

What the pair is mocking here are both the faith decisions of the Murdoch family and traditional Catholic beliefs and social teaching.

This is a pristine example of the anti-Catholicism that historian Arthur Schlesinger Sr., called "the deepest-held bias in the history of the American people."

In another email in this latest document dump from WikiLeaks, writes Ben Wolfgang of The Washington Times, Podesta and Neera Tanden, the president of the Center for American Progress, mocked the Miss America pageant, because so many finalists are Southern girls and young women.

Said Podesta, "Do you think it's weird that of the 15 finalists in the Miss America, 10 came from the 11 states of the CSA?"

The CSA would be the Confederate States of America.

"Not at all," says Tanden, "I would imagine the only people who watch it are from the confederacy and by now they know that so they've rigged the thing in their honor."

In another email, Podesta himself uses the sort of language liberals once said disqualified Nixon from staying on as president — regarding former Governor Bill Richardson. Podesta refers to him and other Hispanics whom he is trying to court for Clinton as "needy Latinos."

What these emails reveal is the sneering contempt of liberal elites for Catholics, Evangelical Christians, Southerners, and even Hispanics loyal to them. And the contents of these emails correlate with the revealed bigotries of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

In September, Clinton told a gathering of rich contributors at a gay rights fundraiser in New York City:

"[Y]ou could put half of Trump's supporters into what I call the 'basket of deplorables.' Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic — you name it."

Responding to the cheers and laughter, Clinton went on, "Now, some of those folks — they are irredeemable, but thankfully they are not America."

What Clinton said to the LGBT partisans echoed what Obama told rich contributors in San Francisco in 2008, who wondered why he was not doing better in Pennsylvania.

"You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and ... the jobs have been gone now for 25 years. ... And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."

Obama was saying that when small-town Pennsylvanians fall behind, they blame others and revert to their bibles, bigotries and guns.

Yet Obama has never explained what caused him to sit content for 20 years — and be married and have his daughters baptized — in the church of a ranting racist like Rev. Jeremiah Wright, who, at the time of 9/11, roared from his pulpit "God Damn America!"

What so attracted Barack Obama to Rev. Wright's bigotry?

These latest emails confirm what we already knew.

    The Media-Clinton Collusion Exposed

We once scoffed at the suggestion there was some form of a liberal media conspiracy against conservatives. Do liberals meet for breakfast and plan attacks on their ideological foes? Of course not, we'd answer. It's not a conspiracy. It's a mindset wherein what is liberal is good, and what is conservative is in opposition to what is good.

Apparently it was a conspiracy after all. The latest emails emerging from WikiLeaks have brought in the evidence. There is an unquestionable collusion between "objective" journalists and the Clinton campaign. Leaked emails show that her operatives discuss which reporters were the most pliant recyclers of their narratives (they picked Maggie Haberman of The New York Times). But reporter Mark Leibovich — also from the Times — gave Clinton's communications director, Jen Palmieri, veto power over quotes to be included in a Clinton profile in July.

It's not just WikiLeaks that has provided numerous other examples documenting the inseparable nature of the Clinton-media relationship. What TMZ has reported on the Trump tape with the shameless sex banter is far more telling. An article published yesterday by TMZ staff said: "Multiple sources connected with NBC tell us ... top network execs knew about the video long before they publicly said they did, but wanted to hold it because it was too early in the election. The sources say many NBC execs have open disdain for Trump and their plan was to roll out the tape 48 hours before the debate so it would dominate the news cycle leading up to the face-off."

In this election, it's now documented fact that "newsgathering" was not the goal of the architects of our top newspapers and newscasts. Rather, it was victory for the Democrats.
It's time these propagandists stop calling themselves the "news" media. They have lost credibility with the public as referees or watchdogs or anything remotely approaching objectivity. Their approval rating is at an all-time low, according to the latest Gallup Poll. That's because their dishonest political aggression is at an all-time high.

After Donald Trump half-joked during the second debate that with a different Justice Department Clinton would be in jail, the media bigwigs ranted and wailed that Trump sounded like Joseph Stalin or Adolf Hitler or a garden-variety tin-pot dictator. But how on Earth do the media believe they have the right to pass judgment on these things, given their assault on the democratic process?

This onslaught of timed and designed Republican-destroying stories — and the funereal tone that accompanies and magnifies it all — is a media conspiracy to end the election, and end it now. They want conventional wisdom to harden that Trump is toast. Next on the agenda: Take out the Republican majority in Congress.

After smearing Bill Clinton's female accusers for decades, denouncing them for trafficking in lies and tabloidish "toxic waste," The New York Times is championing two women who accuse Trump of sexual harassment. Times Executive Editor Dean Baquet told CNNMoney, "I think it is pretty evident this story falls clearly in the realm of public service journalism."

This is because the partisan hacks like Baquet define a "public service" as anything that advances the liberal agenda. The fix is in. This isn't a horse race. They're beating a horse to death.

Geraldo Rivera: I Have Never Seen ‘the Mainstream Media … Be So Partisan’

(CNSNews.com) – Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera said Friday that he has never seen the mainstream media be so partisan in terms of their involvement in the presidential election.

“I have never – and I’ve been around a long time – ever, ever seen the mainstream media, particularly The New York Times or the Washington Post - be so partisan in terms of their involvement,” Rivera said on “Fox & Friends” in the wake of allegations that Trump inappropriately touched or kissed several women years ago.

“What about the fact that all the stories came out all at the same time? You know first—and it does look like, according to the Trump campaign, it was orchestrated, because you had the Billy Bush tape last week, and NBC - they weren’t gonna run it because of the hurricane, but somebody said we gotta get it out before the debate, and then this stuff all drops at the same time from different publications on the same day,” Fox & Friend’s Steve Doocy said.

“Well it’s certainly coordinated, because five women coming out on the same day, that has to be coordinated,” said Fox & Friends’ Ainsley Earhardt. “Now Peter Doocy was just talking about the Clinton machine being in bed with mainstream media.”

Earhardt noted that on Thursday night, ABC, NBC, and CBS all devoted a significant amount of time to the allegations – up to nine minutes on ABC and NBC and five minutes on CBS, while only devoting seconds – 30 on ABC, 26 on CBS and none on NBC – to Wikileaks’ leaked Clinton emails.

“Did you see The New York Times this morning? There was no mention of Wikileaks that I could find in the whole first, in the whole A section,” Rivera said.

“In fact, the second story on Hillary Clinton, the first story talked about how she’s just humming along. They used the old Wall Street Journal poll, not even a mention of the revelations that have emerged. It’s the second page,” Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade said.

“I have never – and I’ve been around a long time – ever, ever seen the mainstream media, particularly The New York Times or the Washington Post - be so partisan in terms of their involvement,” Rivera said.

“And I also want to say imagine how daunting it is if you’re Donald Trump and you wake up every day knowing that there are 20 of the best investigative reporters at the Washington Post and 20 of the best investigative reporters at the New York Times on your case every day, every night, 24-7,” he added.

“Anything that ever reflects negatively on you, they will dig up. They’re the best investigative reporters. Whatever you think of their political ideology, they are very much, very competent people,” Rivera said.

“My point is that I have never seen a more – I think it really started with climate change, where I saw the New York Times take a hard turn to the partisan worlds, and not historically—” Rivera said.

“Because it turned out that they were lying about a lot of their empirical evidence?” Kilmeade chimed in.

“Right, well historically, the press in this country has been very partisan. You had your right-wing papers, your left-wing papers, your center right, your center left papers, and then we drifted away from that. We became so-called objective, and that’s sort of in the ‘50s and ‘60s,” Rivera said.

“Now we’re going back to the pick up two sides, side of it, and now we’ve become echo chambers. I have no doubt but the vast majority of the media believes sincerely that Donald Trump is the lesser of the two candidates, and they are campaigning, crusading against him,” he said. “I have no doubt that there’s a sincere motivation from their point of view, and when the president condemns Fox News …”

“The thing about Fox News is, whether you like us or not, we do, do both sides, where as you watch the other channels, they just do the other side,” Doocy said.

“Thank God for Fox News, because if it were not for Fox News and a handful of bright, right-wing websites like Drudge or Breitbart … and AM talk radio, which really start[ed it]. Now you give people on the other side of the political spectrum at least some place where they can go,” Rivera said.

“Most people get their news from places where they agree with what’s being said. You don’t want to watch and throw stuff at the TV set all day long, so I really do think that Fox News—that’s one of the reasons we’re so big, so powerful, because we’re alone in terms of TV networks,” Rivera added.

Wall Street Journal Finally Lashes Out "The Press Is Burying Hillary Clinton's Sins"
Even the Wall Street Journal is now fed up with the biased media coverage of the 2016 Presidential election as revealed by a scathing article written by Kimberly Strassel, a member of their editorial board. As Strassel points out, it's almost impossible to turn on the TV without hearing about Trump's "lewd" comments while coverage of Hillary "uniformly ignores the flurry of bombshells" inherent in the various WikiLeaks, FOIA releases and FBI interviews.

If average voters turned on the TV for five minutes this week, chances are they know that Donald Trump made lewd remarks a decade ago and now stands accused of groping women.

But even if average voters had the TV on 24/7, they still probably haven’t heard the news about Hillary Clinton: That the nation now has proof of pretty much everything she has been accused of.

It comes from hacked emails dumped by WikiLeaks, documents released under the Freedom of Information Act, and accounts from FBI insiders. The media has almost uniformly ignored the flurry of bombshells, preferring to devote its front pages to the Trump story. So let’s review what amounts to a devastating case against a Clinton presidency.

    x
Of course, the list of Hillary scandals is becoming way to long to remember though one of the biggest has been her establishment of the now infamous private email server and the subsequent intentional destruction of federal records despite the existence of a Congressional subpoena.

Start with a June 2015 email to Clinton staffers from Erika Rottenberg, the former general counsel of LinkedIn. Ms. Rottenberg wrote that none of the attorneys in her circle of friends “can understand how it was viewed as ok/secure/appropriate to use a private server for secure documents AND why further Hillary took it upon herself to review them and delete documents.” She added: “It smacks of acting above the law and it smacks of the type of thing I’ve either gotten discovery sanctions for, fired people for, etc.”

A few months later, in a September 2015 email, a Clinton confidante fretted that Mrs. Clinton was too bullheaded to acknowledge she’d done wrong. “Everyone wants her to apologize,” wrote Neera Tanden, president of the liberal Center for American Progress. “And she should. Apologies are like her Achilles’ heel.”

Clinton staffers debated how to evade a congressional subpoena of Mrs. Clinton’s emails—three weeks before a technician deleted them. The campaign later employed a focus group to see if it could fool Americans into thinking the email scandal was part of the Benghazi investigation (they are separate) and lay it all off as a Republican plot.

The source, who spoke to FoxNews.com on the condition of anonymity, said FBI Director James Comey’s dramatic July 5 announcement that he would not recommend to the Attorney General’s office that the former secretary of state be charged left members of the investigative team dismayed and disgusted. More than 100 FBI agents and analysts worked around the clock with six attorneys from the DOJ’s National Security Division, Counter Espionage Section, to investigate the case.

“No trial level attorney agreed, no agent working the case agreed, with the decision not to prosecute -- it was a top-down decision,” said the source, whose identity and role in the case has been verified by FoxNews.com.

A high-ranking FBI official told Fox News that while it might not have been a unanimous decision, “It was unanimous that we all wanted her [Clinton’s] security clearance yanked.”

“It is safe to say the vast majority felt she should be prosecuted,” the senior FBI official told Fox News. “We were floored while listening to the FBI briefing because Comey laid it all out, and then said ‘but we are doing nothing,’ which made no sense to us.”
Moreover, the Wall Street Journal points out that the Obama administration was seemingly "working as an extension of the Clinton campaign" with both the State Department and DOJ providing frequent updates to Hillary staffers about a confidential criminal investigation into her misconduct.

The Obama administration—the federal government, supported by tax dollars—was working as an extension of the Clinton campaign. The State Department coordinated with her staff in responding to the email scandal, and the Justice Department kept her team informed about developments in the court case.

Worse, Mrs. Clinton’s State Department, as documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act show, took special care of donors to the Clinton Foundation. In a series of 2010 emails, a senior aide to Mrs. Clinton asked a foundation official to let her know which groups offering assistance with the Haitian earthquake relief were “FOB” (Friends of Bill) or “WJC VIPs” (William Jefferson Clinton VIPs). Those who made the cut appear to have been teed up for contracts. Those who weren’t? Routed to a standard government website.

The leaks show that the foundation was indeed the nexus of influence and money. The head of the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Ira Magaziner, suggested in a 2011 email that Bill Clinton call Sheikh Mohammed of Saudi Arabia to thank him for offering the use of a plane. In response, a top Clinton Foundation official wrote: “Unless Sheikh Mo has sent us a $6 million check, this sounds crazy to do.”
Strassel also takes direct aim at the press and admits that the "leaks also show that the press is in Mrs. Clinton’s pocket." While the WikiLeaks emails reveal substantial coordination between Clinton and the press perhaps none are more disturbing than when Donna Brazile, now DNC chair, sent the exact wording of a CNN town hall question to Hillary ahead of a scheduled debate.

The leaks also show that the press is in Mrs. Clinton’s pocket. Donna Brazile, a former Clinton staffer and a TV pundit, sent the exact wording of a coming CNN town hall question to the campaign in advance of the event. Other media allowed the Clinton camp to veto which quotes they used from interviews, worked to maximize her press events and offered campaign advice.

Mrs. Clinton has been exposed to have no core, to be someone who constantly changes her position to maximize political gain. Leaked speeches prove that she has two positions (public and private) on banks; two positions on the wealthy; two positions on borders; two positions on energy. Her team had endless discussions about what positions she should adopt to appease “the Red Army”—i.e. “the base of the Democratic Party.”
Finally, Strassle concludes by saying that "Voters might not know any of this, because while both presidential candidates have plenty to answer for, the press has focused solely on taking out Mr. Trump. And the press is doing a diligent job of it."

Where Is Sidney Blumenthal's 16th "Missing" Email?
In one of the more interesting threads to emerge from today's latest, seventh Wikileaks dump of Podesta emails, we read a detailed exchange between Clinton press secretaries Brian Fallon and Nick Merrill, in which we learn how on June 24, 2015 the Clinton Campaign was preparing for the upcoming news release in which the State Department, and the mainstream press, would acknowledge for the first time that Hillary Clinton had deleted a certain number of Sid Blumenthal emails from the 55k pages of material produced by Hillary Clinton from her personal server.

By way of background, this is what Fallon wrote in preparation for the official and unofficial response the Clinton campaign would provide to the State Department:

Q: The State Department says that at least 16 of the emails that Sid Blumenthal turned over to the Benghazi Select Committee were not included in the 55,000 pages of materials produced by Hillary Clinton. Doesn't this prove that Hillary Clinton deleted certain emails at some point before producing them to the Department?

ON-THE-RECORD RESPONSE FROM SPOKESMAN NICK MERRILL:

"Hillary Clinton has turned over 55,000 pages of materials to the State Department, including all emails in her possession from Mr. Blumenthal."

ADDITIONAL POINTS ON BACKGROUND FROM CLINTON AIDE:

Not only did Clinton turn over all emails that she has from Blumenthal, she actually turned over more than a dozen emails that were not included in what Mr. Blumenthal handed over to the House committee.

We do not have a record of other correspondence between Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Blumenthal beyond that which was turned over to the State Department. In terms of the documents provided by Mr. Blumenthal to the House committee, we do not recognize many of those materials and cannot speak to their origin.

OFF RECORD, if pressed on whether we are essentially admitting the possibility that she deleted some emails:

Look, we do not know what these materials are, or where they came from. Just take a look at them: many of the documents are not even formatted as emails.

For all we know, it could be that, in the course of reproducing his emails after his account was hacked, Sid misremembered which memos he actually forwarded to her and which he did not.

And hey, even if Sid is right and some of these documents were at some point sent to Clinton, this is unremarkable anyway for two key reasons:

One, she would have been under no obligation to preserve them since Blumenthal wasn't a government employee.

Two, there is nothing in any of these emails that is remotely new or interesting. Indeed, none of these 16 emails are qualtitatively different than the dozens of others that Hillary already produced to the State Department. So it is completely ridiculous to suggest that there might have been any nefarious basis for her to want to delete any of Sid's correspondence.
After one turn of comments he revised his "Off the Record" statement to omit the "Sid misremembered" part to end up with the following:

OFF RECORD, if pressed on whether we are essentially admitting the possibility that she deleted some emails:
Look, we do not know what these materials are, or where they came from. Just take a look at them: many of the documents are not even formatted as emails.

But even if Sid is right and some of these documents were at some point sent to Clinton, there is nothing in any of these emails that is remotely new or interesting. Indeed, none of these 16 emails are qualitatively different than the dozens of others that Hillary already produced to the State Department. So it is completely ridiculous to suggest that there might have been any nefarious basis for her to want to delete any of Sid's correspondence.

The revision took place after Nick Merrill confirmed - yet again - that there had been collusion between the State Department and the Clinton campaign when he said that "Just spoke to State a little more about this." He then noted the following updates:

    1. The plan at the moment is for them to do this tomorrow, first thing in the morning.

    2. What that means specifically is that they are going to turn over all the Blumenthal emails to the Committee that they hav along with some other HRC emails that include a slightly broader set of search terms than the original batch. That of course includes the emails Sid turned over that HRC didn't, which will make clear to them that she didn't have them in the first place, deleted them, or didn't turn them over. It also includes emails that HRC had that Sid didn't, as Brian noted.

Then, providing further evidence of ongoing collusion not just between Hillary's campaign and the State Department, but also the press, Merrill then adds the following note to explain how the State Department hoped to use the Associated Press to product a piece that "lays this out" before the "committee has a chance to realize what they have.":

    3. They do not plan to release anything publicly, so no posting online or anything public-facing, just to the committee. That said, they are considering placing a story with a friendly at the AP (Matt Lee or Bradley Klapper), that would lay this out before the majority on the committee has a chance to realize what they have and distort it.

On that last piece, we think it would make sense to work with State and the AP to deploy the below. So assuming everyone is in agreement we'll proceed. It would be good to frame this a little, and frankly to have it break tomorrow when we'll likely be close to or in the midst of a SCOTUS decision taking over the news hyenas.

But what is the most interesing part of this exchange is not what is in the email, but what may have been discussed offline, for one reason: a curious discrepancy emerges just one day later, when the AP wrote an article, as expected by the "friendly" AP reporters Bradley Klapper and Matt Lee, which laid out the narrative precisely as the Clinton campaign wanted it. While we are confident many readers recall it from when it first appeared last June, from AP:

WASHINGTON (AP) — The State Department cannot find in its records all or part of 15 work-related emails from Hillary Rodham Clinton's private server that were released this week by a House panel investigating the 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya, officials said Thursday.

The emails all predate the Sept. 11 assault on the U.S. diplomatic facility and include scant words written by Clinton herself, the officials said. They consist of more in a series of would-be intelligence reports passed to her by longtime political confidant Sidney Blumenthal, the officials said.

Nevertheless, the fact that the State Department says it can't find them among emails she provided surely will raise new questions about Clinton's use of a personal email account and server while secretary of state and whether she has provided the agency all of her work-related correspondence, as she claims.

Here is CNN's take on the same issue, in an article that came out virtually at the same time:

The State Department has not been able to find emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private server in its archives, State Department officials said Thursday.

The officials said the State Department is missing all or part of 15 emails from longtime confidant Sidney Blumenthal released this week by a House panel investigating the 2012 attack on the U.S. diplomatic facility in Benghazi, Libya. Blumenthal provided the Select Committee on Benghazi with the emails.
    Here is NBC:

The State Department cannot find in its records all or part of 15 work-related emails from Hillary Rodham Clinton's private server that were released this week by a House panel investigating the 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya, officials said Thursday.
    Here is NYT:

The State Department said on Thursday that 15 emails sent or received by Hillary Rodham Clinton were missing from records that she has turned over, raising new questions about whether she deleted work-related emails from the private account she used exclusively while in office.

    And here is CBS:

The State Department cannot find in its records all or part of 15 work-related emails from Hillary Rodham Clinton's private server that were released this week by a House panel investigating the 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya, officials said Thursday.
And so on, but notice something similar: every press reports note 15 emails from Blumenthal were missing.

Why is "15" strange? Because recall what the Clinton campaign was discussing just one day prior in the preparation of its talking points to the State Department:

... the State Department may acknowledge as soon as today that there were 16 Sid emails missing from the 55k pages of material produced by HRC...

... none of these 16 emails are qualitatively different than the dozens of others that Hillary already produced to the State Department...

... The State Department says that at least 16 of the emails that Sid Blumenthal turned over to the Benghazi Select Committee were not included in the 55,000 pages of materials produced by Hillary Clinton...

We have just one question: how - and why - in the span of 24 hours, did a confirmed sample of 16 deleted Sidney Blumenthal emails, as discussed off the record within the Clinton campaign, become 15 deleted emails overnight when the State Depratment unveiled its "official", and massaged especially for the press, version of what Hillary had stated she had done with the Blumenthal's emails.

Was the publicly announced "embarrassing" deletion of 15 Blumenthal emails merely a smokescreen to cover up the real malfeasance: the elimination of just one Blumenthal email which the State Department, in collusion with Hillary, deemed would be too damaging to even disclose had been produced?

And if so, who at the State Department lied and why?

Actually we have another question: what was in the missing 16th deleted email?

Alas, since one of the many pathways of undisputed coordinated, and collusion, exposed thanks to this latest Wikileaks release is that between the government, the mainstream press, and Hillary Clinton, we are confident we will never find out, and are even more confident this question will never emerge.

Explanation For Their Treachery – Romney Ryan Filed As Presidential Ticket In 2016
It seems that we may now have an explanation for the nonsensical, bizarre and hostile behavior by both Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan during this campaign season. They seemed to picture themselves as the white knight couple who would ride in to the rescue when all of this rancor and other chaos they were plotting in league with their establishment globalist cohorts unfolded.

The problem it seems was once again Donald Trump. He was able to secure the nomination and no matter how hard the subversive tools of the world government tried there was no getting around his grip on the nomination. And they tried very, very hard. They’re still at it as the misconduct of Ryan over this past weekend in the eleventh hour of the election, a time when all disagreements should have been put aside, exploded.

Clearly now, the explosion was deliberately set off by the establishment sponsors of the Romney Ryan ticket in the form of an unsuccessful smear attempt through the release of an old video. The feigned outrage of Mitt Romney’s ally in the subterfuge, Utah Senator Mike Lee, as well as that of the vile excrement that occupies the position of Speaker of the House is now clearly coming into focus.

They don’t want what’s best for America, a conclusion we reached long ago, based upon their actions, they want what is best for the Chamber of Commerce, for the passage of TPP, for their world government organization and power structure. The fact that all of those interests are at odds with what is best for America never entered into the picture.

The scope of this conspiracy will be an interesting revelation as well. We remember the Romney Summit in June in Park City, UT, in which the nevertrump scum was meeting to discuss their way forward. Clearly they had already decided on a path, they just couldn’t let it be known.

That is how things work in today’s modern world of criminal, deceptive governments and politicians. The people are always the last to know, by design. Of course we can be certain that the elite media knew, but they’re real good about keeping secrets when the right leaders tell them to.

Dr. Gina Loudon went on CNN today to discuss the fallacious "groping" accusations against Donald Trump. Per Wikileaks we know that CNN is working with the Clinton Campaign to destroy Donald Trump. Numerous leaked emails by Wikileaks prove that they have combined efforts to bring down the Republican candidate. Dr. Gina was supposed to discuss alleged groping incidents with Donald Trump. Gina Dropped a bomb!.... There is video on Gateway Pundit that shows Bill Clinton groping a flight attendant. CNN cut her off.

Bernstein: Hillary Clinton Is A "Terrible" Candidate
And Would Lose In Any Other Circumstance

On Friday's edition of 'New Day' on CNN, journalist Carl Bernstein said that Hillary Clinton was a "terrible" candidate.

CARL BERNSTEIN: Let me start by saying Hillary Clinton has been a terrible candidate, and under other circumstances she would probably lose and you could have a real contest of ideas.

This is something different. This is danger, demagoguery from someone who is antithetical to what we believe as a democracy. It is a time of requiring courage, courage from Republicans, from the right wing. We’ve seen it with people like Charles Krauthammer. He has got a fabulous piece in “The Washington Post” and I watch Charles on Fox saying what he says about this candidate and the need to reject him in our culture.

The same with George Will. It is a time for courageous Republican voices to get up and say... we must reject Trumpism as Unamerican.

Voter Fraud Is Real. Here’s The Proof
Data suggests millions of voter registrations are fraudulent or invalid. That’s enough to tip an election, easily.

    John Gibbs By John Gibbs
    OCTOBER 13, 2016
This week, liberals have been repeating their frequent claim that voter fraud doesn’t exist. A recent Salon article argues that “voter fraud just isn’t a problem in Pennsylvania,” despite evidence to the contrary. Another article argues that voter fraud is entirely in the imagination of those who use voter ID laws to deny minorities the right to vote.

Yet as the election approaches, more and more cases of voter fraud are beginning to surface. In Colorado, multiple instances were found of dead people attempting to vote. Stunningly, “a woman named Sara Sosa who died in 2009 cast ballots in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.” In Virginia, it was found that nearly 20 voter applications were turned in under the names of dead people.

In Texas, authorities are investigating criminals who are using the technique of “vote harvesting” to illegally procure votes for their candidates. “Harvesting” is the practice of illegally obtaining the signatures of valid voters in order to vote in their name without their consent for the candidate(s) the criminal supports.

These are just some instances of voter fraud we know about. It would be silly to assume cases that have been discovered are the only cases of fraud. Indeed according to a Pew Research report from February 2012, one in eight voter registrations are “significantly inaccurate or no longer valid.” Since there are 146 million Americans registered to vote, this translates to a stunning 18 million invalid voter registrations on the books. Further, “More than 1.8 million deceased individuals are listed as voters, and approximately 2.75 million people have registrations in more than one state.” Numbers of this scale obviously provide ripe opportunity for fraud.

Don’t Let Data Contradict My Narrative
Yet in spite of all this, a report by the Brennan Center at New York Univeristy claims voter fraud is a myth. It argues that North Carolina, which passed comprehensive measures to prevent voter fraud, “failed to identify even a single individual who has ever been charged with committing in-person voter fraud in North Carolina.” However, this faulty reasoning does not point to the lack of in-person voter fraud, but rather to lack of enforcement mechanisms to identify and prosecute in-person voter fraud.

The science of criminal justice tells us that many crimes go unreported, and the more “victimless” the crime, the more this happens. The fact is, a person attempting to commit voter fraud is very unlikely to be caught, which increases the incentive to commit the crime.

The National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) is a sophisticated, comprehensive effort to catalog “the number and types of crimes not reported to law enforcement authorities.” However, it tends to deal mostly in violent crimes. As complex as the NCVS is, gathering accurate data for unreported victimless crimes such as voter fraud is even harder, since 1) outside of the criminal, no one may know a crime has taken place, and 2) there is no direct victim to report the crime in the first place. Yet we are expected to believe that, unlike violent crime, voter fraud is limited only to the cases that are actually reported and prosecuted? This is a senseless position.

Further, the Brennan Center report argues that because prosecutor Kris Kobach’s review of 84 million votes cast in 22 states found only 14 instances of fraud referred for prosecution (which amounts to a 0.00000017 percent fraud rate), voter fraud is so statistically small that it’s a non-issue. Let’s follow this logic. Does the fact that 109 people were cited for jaywalking in Seattle in 2009 mean that only 109 people jaywalked in Seattle that year? Does the fact that 103,733 people were cited for driving without a seatbelt in Tennessee in 2015 mean that only that many people were driving without seatbelt in Tennessee in 2015?

Absolutely not. This can be proven easily because in 2014, the previous year, only 29,470 people were cited. The disparity is largely due to increased enforcement efforts in 2015. In other words, increasing enforcement of the crime revealed a much larger number of people committing the crime.

The exact same is true for voter fraud. We have no reason to believe that the low number of prosecutions means only that exact amount of voter fraud is happening. Rather, it could mean a lack of enforcement is failing to reveal the bulk of the violations that are occurring. Thus, as with many types of crimes, especially victimless crimes, the real number of cases is likely significantly higher than the number reported.

How to Effectively Target Voter Fraud
So now that we know voter fraud is a serious issue, what are some solutions to this problem? States like Michigan have Poll Challenger programs, where observers from both parties may be present at voter check-in tables at precincts. They check each voter’s ID against a database of registered voters for that precinct to ensure the person attempting to vote is actually legally qualified to vote in that precinct. If there’s a discrepancy, the poll challenger may officially challenge the ballot. Other states should implement similar programs.

States should sponsor initiatives to remove dead voters and correct the registrations of people registered in multiple states (make them choose just one state). Since many local jurisdictions are reluctant to clean their voter rolls, federal or state oversight with teeth may be necessary.

Further, voter ID laws, such as the one implemented by North Carolina, but (wrongly) struck down by three liberal judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit— one appointed by Bill Clinton and the other two appointed by President Obama—are needed to ensure there’s no cheating with votes. States should continue to press the issue regardless of recent setbacks by liberal activist judges.

Finally, some have claimed that strong voter ID laws are racist, because they disproportionately impact minorities and would prevent minorities from voting. As a black person, I’m naturally interested in this claim. Thankfully, it turns out to be false. The Heritage Foundation has shown that black voter turnout actually increased after North Carolina passed its voter ID law.

Not only was the claimed negative outcome false, but the reasoning was faulty as well. The fact that the law disproportionately impacts minorities does not mean that it is discriminatory. It means, unfortunately, that fewer minorities are in compliance with common-sense safeguards to protect the integrity of our elections (i.e., having a driver’s license or photo ID).

To mitigate this concern, states can offer a service that will take people without valid ID to their local government office to apply for proper ID, free of charge. Users could schedule the pickup with their smartphone or a phone call. That way there will be as few barriers as possible to those who want to vote and are capable of obtaining a valid ID, but cannot due to transportation concerns (a reason often given by those who claim voter ID laws hurt minorities).

JON VOIGHT: My dear fellow Americans, we are all feeling tremendous anxiety with only a few weeks left in the election. This will be the most important election in American history.

We were once a country of freedom, and now we are becoming a country of tyranny. We are witness to our own people burning down and looting our own cities: Ferguson, Milwaukee, Orlando, Baltimore.

We are all witness to our own people killing our police.

Islamic terrorist have killed thousands of people all over our country, and Hillary and Obama want to be politically correct and pretend all the killings aren't happening.

How many Americans are aware of George Soros? An evil man who turned hundreds of Jewish people over to the Nazis to be exterminated during World War Two. He was interviewed on 60 Minutes and was asked if he feels guilty for what he has done. And arrogantly, he said absolutely not, if I didn't do it, someone else would have. Soros is a billionare who made most of his money manipulating currencies, and almost bankrupted many countries. He supports hate groups who are responsible for taking down our cities. And he is a close friend of Hillary Clinton, and a major supporter of her campaign.

Robert de Niro is a millionaire, as are so many of our Hollywoos stars who are voting for Hillary. They have absolutely no tolerance of anyone with a different opinion, forgetting that that is what our country is built on. Freedom of choice. But they will not be affected by Hillary's open borders; only our poor and middle class will suffer.

Thousands of refugees will flood our nation. And no one will know the good guys from the bad guys. It will kill our economy, which is at an all time low under the years of Obama's presidency. And Hillary boasts how proud she will be to continue Obama's legacy.

No one can afford health insurance now. Prices for healthcare have gone through the roof thanks to Obamacare. Our once reasonable healthcare is gone.

With Hillary as our president we will lose our Second Amendment -- our right to bear arms. Freedom of religion will be attacked, and Hillary will try to stop all conservative voices on TV and radio.

Our highest courts will become socialists, and she will restrict what America was founded on: Our freedom to become a small business owner and persue our own personal dreams.

She has blood on her hands from the Benghazi terrorist raid. Four of our American patriots died, and when the parents stood over their loved ones coffins, she lied to them about the cause of their sons' deaths.

The pendulum of freedom is not balanced.

Hillary and her followers are on a cruel campaign to stop and degrade all of Turmp's followers. Her words were echoed loud and clear for all Americans to hear: She said: Trump's followers are a 'basket of deplorables, they are unredeemable.'

May god protect the real truth, and may Donald Trump win this presidency. He will save America, and make it great again.
